We recently traveled by bus from Cameron Highlands to Kuala Lumpur and had a very positive experience overall. We initially debated between taking a coach or booking a private sedan. In the end, we chose the Unititi bus due to its comfort and more affordable price point, and it turned out to be a great decision. We booked the 8:30 am departure, which worked perfectly as it allowed us to arrive in Kuala Lumpur early and make the most of the day for sightseeing and exploration. There are several eateries open from around 7:00 am just across the Tanah Rata bus terminal, so it was easy to grab a quick breakfast before the journey. The ride itself was smooth and comfortable, taking slightly under four hours with one toilet stop along the way. Overall, it was a pleasant and fuss-free journey. We would highly recommend this option to anyone traveling between Cameron Highlands and Kuala Lumpur.

Our driver was very kind to let us stop en route for a short 5-10 minutes to grab some fresh produce from Cameron Highlands. He was also very kind to have driven us around Ipoh to show us various key eateries and familiarise us with our area before reaching our hotel. Much appreciated - top notch service! We took the 13:00 bus from Terminal Sungai Nibong in Penang to the Tanah Rata terminal in Cameron Highlands which included a quick rest stop in Ipoh. The bus and journey itself was great but I have to dock a star since Klook did not have the correct instructions to check-in. The instructions said to get a physical ticket from the counter at Terminal Sungai Nibong but there were no counters open. Instead they directed us to use the Easybook app to self check-in which generates a QR code to allow you to proceed to the waiting area. Without having clear instructions, it led to some panic since we thought we might miss the bus while we were trying to work through the Easybook app. We ended up making it with plenty of time left since the departure time was listed as 12:45 on the Klook booking (15 minutes earlier than the scheduled time) and the bus was running behind schedule.

Driver arrived punctuality and vehicle very comfortablely. Driver courteous and friendly and arrived to my destination early than expected.
