Everything is perfect! From breakfast buffet to service staff & surrounding amenities.

Good location, spacious room, comfortable bed Hotel seems it's more suited for large events like weddings and doesn't have any of the cozy inviting charm of smaller hotels. Staff is courteous, friendly, and helpful. On site dining is limited given the price per night and size of the hotel. Restaurant also looks like it's good for catering large events.

The room is very spacious and clean with separate toilet and shower area. The carpark is free with wide entrance and parking lots are plentiful. The balcony view is picturesque. However there is room for improvement on breakfast selection. Also the quality and taste can be better. Credit is due for polite and helpful staff. Location is good right in the centre of Tanah Ratah. The hotel is recommended for those staying in Cameron Highlands.

We only stopped here for one night. It's clean, spacious, easy to find and close to various eateries.

The hotel was in a great location for the town, many restaurants and close to the main road, and there was free parking. However, that was as good as it gets. We arrived late in the evening and were shown to a room that had hairs all over the bathroom, dirt on the floor, sticky surfaces and bugs in the windows. We asked to be moved, which the staff were very gracious and helpful about, but this took an hour to sort out and even the new room had hairs in the bath tub, a stained selection of chairs, towels/sheets with holes in that smelled weird, and mould all over the shower blind. We would have complained again but it was already very late and we were tired. The hotel was very odd and empty, we did not bother with the breakfast we did not want to spend a moment longer than necessary there.

My family were staying as staycation Very happy with the staying Didn't expect outside room to be so big balcony can do morning exercise there.

Clean and spacious room. Breakfast good but expensive. Overall very good hotel

Room was well appointed and the breakfast was good with many choices on the buffet. The hotel is within walking distance of shops. The property is let down by not having a bar and not serving alcohol.
