Our stay at Zenith Cameron was exceptional. Located in the heart of Tanah Rata, the hotel strikes a perfect balance between modern luxury and highland charm. Our room was incredibly spacious, featuring contemporary decor and a spotless bathroom with a deep bathtub. We especially enjoyed the extensive breakfast buffet, which offered a great variety of local and Western options. The staff were attentive and made check-in seamless. After a day of exploring the tea plantations, the sauna and heated pool were a welcome retreat. For a premium, comfortable stay in the Highlands, this hotel is definitely our top choice.

Overall, the service is very good. Cleanliness: The room is clean and very comfortable. Service: The staff is very helpful from check-in to check-out; they even helped carry our luggage.

The room was super spacious. The kitchen was complete except for stove. Water heater was well-functioning and water pressure was good as well. The location was extra convenient and there are many restaurants, stalls, cafes nearby. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Decent stay for 1 or 2 or 3 nights. Signs of wearing out but ok. strong ceiling fan. Good location and free parking

Bedding is comfortable. room has ceiling fan which is cool enough without air-conditioning due to the weather. breakfast is sufficient and good. quite new and overall happy with stay. carpark is linked and covered.

We enjoyed our stay at Copthorne. Our 2 single beds room is on the 13rd floor and facing the mountain. hotel location: walking distance to Kea Farm/Village and the Flora Park pickup point and Zoomania breakfast: buffet menu offer many choices and personally I love the omelette. cleanliness: good service: staff are friendly and helpful

The Hotel is all things good. Nothing to complain about. You can expect a decent breakfast buffet. The room is clean and tidy. No extra toiletries such as toothbrush or toothpaste. Iron is not provided in every room but is provided in a special room, which is convenient too. There is water dispenser and snooker table. So its a good accommodation.

Done. Family room. I'm not sure how many people went. They gave us one queen and a single bed. I thought we'd get two queens. But overall, it was okay. Easy to shop. Great. Restaurants are also close by.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The overall environment was nice, and the room was spacious, comfortable, and well-designed. There was a little dust in some areas, which could be improved, but apart from that, the room was very comfortable and enjoyable. The breakfast was excellent with a good variety of choices, and everything we tried was delicious. In terms of customer service, we would especially like to thank Mr Karthik, who was on the night shift and handled our check-in. He was very professional, friendly, and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We would also like to appreciate a (chubby) male staff member at the breakfast area. Unfortunately, we do not know his name, but he was a Malay guy who was always smiling and extremely helpful. His warm hospitality made our breakfast experience even better. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay at this hotel.We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to others. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
