Overall, it's super great, and you can book through Klook; another popular platform couldn't book it, so you must book the room through Klook. It's self-check-in, so you can get to your room quickly. The location is very good, close to Ueno Station, Ueno Park Plaza, the zoo, Yokocho Market, and Don Quijote; it's right near the accommodation. The room is small but not too narrow, which wasn't a problem for us! But having a refrigerator was a real surprise! So great! Highly recommended, and its TV has free access to exciting Japanese videos (if you know, you know), I really didn't expect it to be so good!

I will definitely come again because this hotel is convenient and close to Ameya Yokocho. The bath is great and comfortable, and the cleanliness is excellent: I really think it's very clean. Transportation convenience: The subway station is right outside the door. Hotel location: It's in Keisei Ueno, and it's a direct 50-minute ride from Narita Airport. Service: The lobby is self-service, which is advanced and fast.

The hotel is a business-type hotel. It has everything you need. The lobby has complimentary drinks. Alcoholic beverages are available until 8:30 PM. The bathhouse is divided into male and female time slots. Breakfast includes eggs, sausages, and a different variety each day. White rice, miso soup, and fruit are available and are basically enough to eat. The bread is delicious. The only downside is the coffee is not very good. We chose a triple room with a single bunk bed. The room size was larger than expected, and the beds were comfortable. You can choose a suitable pillow in the lobby, but the pillows have a slight odor. Although the location is not close to the JR line, the nearby Ginza line is very convenient and is only a few minutes' walk away. It is also very convenient to go to Akihabara and Ueno. Our stay at the VESSEL INN UENO IRIYA EKIMAE from October 26-28 was perfect. This hotel truly goes above and beyond for its guests. The amenities were fabulous—we loved having access to welcome drinks in the lounge all day, and the complimentary ochazuke (rice with clams served in tea) served from 9-11 PM was a delicious and comforting late-night snack. The location is incredibly convenient, with a 7-Eleven and a drugstore right nearby for anything you might need. Best of all, it's just a quick 2-minute walk from Iriya Station, making it so easy to explore Tokyo. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Highly recommended

The hotel is in a very good location, just a short walk from the stations, making it easy to get around. It’s very convenient, especially for travelers heading to Narita Airport. Perfect place for a comfortable and hassle-free stay!

The front desk staff member 503 was very considerate in assisting with dehumidifying and dealing with the water issue, allowing 503 to function normally. Thank you very much. I will come again and hope to stay on the 14th floor.

loved our stay here. loved the area!! loved everything about it, free breakfast, free toiletries and other stuffs you need from facial wash to face lotion. staffs are very attentive and friendly. the hotel is near to metro, convenience stores and countless restuarants.
