Hakone Pirate Ship Tōgendai Port tours

My family and I greatly enjoyed the experience. It's a perfect and comfortable way to see several major tourist sites around Mount Fuji. We decided to wait until the last moment to book our excursion to be sure we had good weather, and it was a success! It was very pleasant to alternate between moments of rest on the bus and phases of discovering shrines, natural sites, or typical villages. We appreciated being able to enjoy different original modes of transport (cable car and boat). The guide taught us a lot of things, he is friendly and very attentive to his customers. He does a remarkable job. Be careful for people who can get sick in transport, there is a lot of road in the mountains. The only point that could be improved in our opinion would be to stop at a viewpoint better placed on the last lake of the day in order to be able to take a beautiful photo with the reflection of Mount Fuji.

It was a delightful trip with guide Wonyang. Seeing Mount Fuji on a trip to Tokyo is said to be very lucky, and even though it was windy and cold, I was happy to see the Fuji that I wanted to see. Also, our guide Wonyang was so kind that the trip was comfortable. She answered many questions and diligently guided us in the cold weather. Most of all, she gave us tips for saving time so we finished the trip well on schedule. She dispelled the boredom with a light game in the middle and wholeheartedly took pictures for us, and I was touched that she gave us a gift at the end. Thank you for helping us have a fulfilling last day in Tokyo.

I joined this trip as a solo traveler and had a wonderful experience. The guide was highly professional and managed the journey smoothly, making everything comfortable and enjoyable. I would gladly travel with him again and highly recommend his service.

We had an amazing Mt. Fuji tour, and a big part of that was thanks to our tour guide, Golddie! She was very friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole trip feel smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. She explained the spots clearly, kept the group well-organized, and was always attentive and patient with everyone. The day felt relaxed yet well-paced, and we truly got to enjoy the experience without feeling rushed. Highly recommend this tour, especially if you get Golddie as your guide!

the excursion was amazing. Me and my husband had a great time. That was the trip I wanted and it was the perfect day. Mout Fuji at it’s finest. Our tour guide(Will) and the driver were so nice and helpful. Will explained everything about the places we visited. The driver was so friendly and his driving skills were great.

Today's itinerary was very enjoyable, and I would especially like to thank our guide, Tanni! I have a hearing impairment, and I was initially worried about not being able to hear the information clearly. However, Tanni was very attentive throughout the entire trip. She proactively sent me messages with important itinerary reminders and paid special attention to my situation, allowing me to participate in all activities with peace of mind and without missing any content. Tanni's attitude was friendly, patient, and thoughtful, which truly made me feel cared for and looked after. This trip was made even more worry-free and enjoyable because of her. Thank you so much for Tanni's dedicated service, which truly deserves a five-star rating! If I have the opportunity in the future, I would be very willing to join a tour led by her again.

Managed to book this day tour the day before for my family of 4 which was very challenging and I do recommend to book it at least 2 days in advance. Our tour guide Jack is very friendly and knowledgeable. Message was received from him on some details of the tour and we can be in touch with him on actual day! 👍 People who have serious motion sickness do note that the bus journey is quick long and there’s a number d sharp turns along the way. But the view is nice and experience is worth especially on a sunny cooling weather!

Highly recommended!!! 5-star service from him. Our first-ever Mt. Fuji tour with him was extremely the best! He's so kind, accommodating, so informative and he even took us some pictures in the Oishi Park which are so great. Most importantly he help us find my lost phone in the Uber taxi we booked going to the meeting location in the morning. It was supposed to be a stressful day for us thinking about my lost phone but so much thanks to him he assisted us in calling the company of the driver we rode the Uber since we can't speak Japanese. And yeah we found it! Can't thank him enough for his assistance and for making this trip a memorable one. Arigato Taiyo Igarashi! All the best! We hope to see you soon!
