Buying tickets online through Klook saved a lot of time waiting in line. The entire ropeway journey, which takes 30 minutes, passes through the following stations: Togendai Station, Ubako Station, Owakudani Station, and Sounzan Station. With your ticket (QR code), you can stop at each station. It's a single ticket for the whole ride, and each gondola can hold about 15-18 people. Unfortunately, on the return trip, it was crowded, so we had to sit individually, waiting about 1-2 minutes. The gondola offers scenic views from all sides and is very stable, without any uncomfortable swaying. The only minor drawback was that some of the gondola windows were a bit dirty.
Price: Affordable, with discounts up to 60% off. It would be a shame not to buy and ride!

Service: Initially, I was impatient with the long queue, but the staff's smiles and patient guidance made me feel much more relaxed. It was a very hot day, and I truly admire how these staff members maintained excellent service for everyone.

Serina was incredibly thoughtful. Our group came from various places, and only my companion and I, along with another gentleman, spoke Chinese. She would tell us in both Chinese and English where we were going next and where the famous photo spots were, even providing diagrams so we'd know how to get the best shots. Plus, Hakone was very crowded, and we were worried about getting lost. Sometimes, when the main group was ahead, and we got cut off by other groups, she would constantly turn back to check on us. Lastly, I really love Serina's voice; it's so pleasant and gentle. I highly recommend Serina, and I hope to have the chance to join her tour again next time I visit Japan.

We had an amazing time on the Hakone & Mt. Fuji tour, and a huge thank you to our tour guide, Captain Jack, for making the whole trip so enjoyable! He was with us throughout the entire journey, making sure everyone was comfortable, having fun, and knew what was happening at each stop.
We visited beautiful Hakone, went to the volcanic area where we tried the famous black eggs, enjoyed the scenery around Lake Yamanaka, and even got to feed the ducks. We also had a delicious Japanese eel meal, which was definitely one of the highlights of the day!
Captain Jack was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and had a great sense of humor. Having him with us for the entire trip made everything feel easy and relaxed. He really went above and beyond to make sure we had a memorable experience.
Highly recommend this tour, especially if you’re lucky enough to have Captain Jack as your guide! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

interesting itinerary. Though been to Japan many time and prefecture, today places of interest is something new to me. Especially the Oshino Hakkai (village) is a beautiful place. Also Rachel our guide is good, clear in explanation and introducing the attraction. She is friendly and patience guide.

Beautiful experience! We saw a ton of wonderful places and took many many photos! Our guide Luna was amazing, she guided us throughout the whole excursion and gave us many different insights. We managed to do everything and were also able to see mount Fuji in spite of the cloudy weather. Definitely recommend!

We had such a fantastic experience on this tour. Despite the weather not being particularly kind to us and Mount Fuji deciding to stay hidden for the day, we still got to see and do so much and had a genuinely brilliant day.
A huge part of that was down to our guide, Erik. He was fantastic throughout, sharing so many interesting insights, stories and pieces of history along the way. It added so much to the experience and really made the day for us.
What surprised us most was just how much you get to experience on this tour. Even without seeing Fuji, we came away feeling like we’d had a really full and memorable day rather than feeling as though we’d missed out.
And actually, we’re not disappointed that Fuji didn’t make an appearance, because now we have the perfect excuse to come back! When we do, we’ll be much better prepared and fully armed with all the tips on what to do, what not to do and how to make the most of the area, thanks to Erik.
