10/10 — highly recommend! It was an incredible experience and were lucky enough to enjoy perfect weather, with clear views of Mt. Fuji the entire time. We had the best day ever and this was even more possible because of our guide Will. He was experienced and knowledgeable, sharing helpful insights about each location along the way. He also pointed out the best photo spots at every stop, which really enhanced the experience. Overall, a fantastic and well run tour!

The trip was absolutely amazing! I know it is very dependent on weather but what is independent and always there, is the tour guide Will. He took us deep into the stories and vibes of Tokyo and places we were visiting we a right amount of humor! Moving into the places we were visiting, everything was as described. We saw Hakone Town with Tori (gate), Mount Fuji, Ashi Lake, where we took pirate ship to the cable car and volcanic site. After that we moved to another side of Mount Fuji for the Swan Lake and Sakura Spring Town. Everything with perfect and right amount of time (sightseeing and travel). I very recommend this trip and make sure you go with Will as your tour guide!

This trip is value for money. We dispatch at 07:30 and return at 19:00. Other trip dispatch 10 minutes late and return at 21:00 due to traffic. The trip schedule and recommended point is very intesting and is SUPER SUGGESt for 1st time Tokyo visitors. Mr. Will (tour guide) scheduling all the destination with good timing, clear explanation and advise us for for good lunch with saving money. He is patience to listen all question and answer all. Driver is good, I come back earlier to the bus, he will start bus engine et me enjoy air conditioning. Last nut not final, I will strongly suggest for all new Tokyo visitors to join this trip.

We had a wonderful time doing this trip to Hakone, Owakudani, Lake Yamanashi and Oshino Hakkai. If you only had a short time and want to visit all those places, this tour is worth it. Our tour guide for the day, Will, was very attentive and informative. He shared many interesting facts not only for the places we visited but also shared some history of Japan, and he also gave each of us some token as souvenir to remember the day. Asside from the very strong wind, we were so lucky to see Mount Fuji all day. Thank you and see you next time 🙏🏻.

We had the most amazing trip with Will as our tour guide. J01 Flag. He was fun, and extremely knowledgeable. We had a group of 8 with 3 small children, because of this I picked this tour because of the fun activities included that are missing from others. We had such great views of the Mountain and he placed us on the best photo shoot spots. If you are unsure which tour to pick, I'd say this one is great of you want to do fun activities with an amazing tour guide. Also his English, Chinese and Japanese is perfect.

I liked very much the experience, everything happened as scheduled, we were lucky to be able to see Mt Fuji in full splendor from various angles and locations. special thanks to our guide Sakuragi, always recommending the best viewing and photo spots, perfect domain of English and Mandarin languages (switch very well between them) and also perfect control of timing.

This trip was absolutely wonderful! ❤️ Our guide, Will, was incredibly efficient with all the arrangements and provided very detailed explanations of each attraction. He conducted the tour in both English and Mandarin, offering plenty of information that made the journey more meaningful and enriching. All the sights were fantastic and definitely worth visiting. Seeing the entire Mount Fuji in the morning was truly exhilarating! 🥰 The swans at Lake Yamanaka were so lively, and the boat ride was a great experience – so chill. I highly recommend visiting Hakone Shrine and Oshino Hakkai. Today was incredibly fulfilling, and it was definitely an unforgettable trip! 💕

We really appreciate the excellent and professional service from our guide Mr Ohashi. Mr Ohashi is very friendly and chatty. Throughout the journey, he shared with us details of the itinerary. It is really informative for us, first timer to Mt Fuji. Overall, the day trip package is really interesting and fun. We enjoy the pirate ship ride at Lake Ashinoko and the gondola at Hakone Ropeway. My daughter ate four black eggs at Owakudani 😅😄😄😄

Will was our tour guide and he was excellent. He had a lot of knowledge about Japan. The tour was very informative, we get to visit all the places that listed on the tour. And guess we were lucky chasing Mt Fuji all day to arrive at the final destination before return to Tokyo and we got to see the beautiful Mt Fuji. I also want to thank the driver who was excellent and make the drive very smooth and very friendly!

my family and I had a great trip on this day. Sakuragi-san is very knowledgeable on the places we visited. He also ensure to take care of the needs of my children which is regular toilet break. Initially we thought we are unable to see Mount Fuji but we got lucky at our very last stop! yippee! Sakuragi-san took great photos for us too. And according to him on this day, it was the boss of the company who was driving the bus. The bus driver is very smiley and friendly to everyone.
