Absolutely LOVED our time at WPU Hakone! the staff were lovely and very helpful with luggage forwarding and addressing any of our needs. the restaurant onsite was amazing with excellent drinks. and don’t forget the onsen! overall a relaxing and amazing experience.

The intire environment is so well designed and furnished. Staff are nice and friendly, their English is also nice. The only downside is the water in our room. The water is only slightly warm, but not warm enough. We did not enjoy the shower at all because of the water temperature.

do note that one would have to carry one’s luggage up and down a short underpass to get to the hotel from Gora train station. do also note that one has to check in by 10 pm. other than these slight inconveniences, I enjoyed my stay at Emblem.
