"Third time using this and still the best value for money!" The Skyliner is hands down the fastest way from Narita to Ueno. Seat is comfy, and there's plenty of luggage space. The 48-hour Subway Pass is a lifesaver. No need to fumble with coins; just tap and go through all Tokyo Metro and Toei lines.

When we arrived, the hotel was broadcasting the Taiwan-Japan baseball game. It was already 10:00 PM, and we were a bit sad checking in. The gentleman at the front desk comforted us, saying, "Don't be sad, Taiwanese baseball is very strong, keep fighting!" We replied, "Shohei Ohtani is just too amazing..." and then we all laughed together, instantly lifting our spirits. The hotel is directly across from JR Narita Station, making it perfect for a first or last night's stay. You can walk to Shinshoji Temple, which has been open for 1090 years, in just 10 minutes, and the entire Omotesando street is great for browsing. Highly recommended.

The facilities were clean, the beds were comfortable, and they also give out slippers and pajamas. Convenient for an early flight.

Stayed there twice. Excellent value for money, especially for lay-overs from Narita Airport. Shuttle bus from Narita runs till midnight. Rooms are spacious and clean with adequate amenities. Staff are friendly! Location is a bit remote. There are some choices of eateries within 10-15 minutes of walk. A huge plus for those that appreciate traditional Japanese temple architects. The Naritasan Shinshoji Temple is a short Uber trip away. (around 20 minutes of walking if you want to explore into Japanese neigborhood) It is an awesome collection of beautiful Japanese temples and Japanese garden. The Naritasan Omotesando is next to the main entrance of the temple. You can easily spend a full day there!

As a business traveler, whenever my arrival time is too late, I always choose this hotel. Not only do they offer shuttle service, but the shuttles are very frequent and available at both Terminal 1 and Terminal 2. The hotel is very close to Narita Airport, which is extremely convenient. Additionally, the hotel provides a full range of amenities, and the price is very reasonable. I will continue to support this hotel.

The room is a bit small and the soundproofing is average, but at such a great price with free airport shuttle, these minor drawbacks can be overlooked.
