Izu Granpal Park tours

I highly recommend booking a group tour for the Izu day trip; every attraction we visited was beautiful, and the experience was excellent. However, the weather is crucial. When I went, it was slightly overcast, so the sea captured from the sightseeing train wasn't as blue, but the scenery along the way was still lovely. My personal favorite was Mount Omuro; it was adorably green, like a matcha pudding. Even though it wasn't a perfectly sunny day, it didn't detract from my experience exploring Mount Omuro. The Cactus Park is diagonally opposite the base of Mount Omuro. Our driver mentioned we could allocate our own time to visit Mount Omuro and the park, but I chose to spend more time at Mount Omuro's attractions and didn't enter the park, so I can't comment on it. The driver arranged for this trip was very punctual and responsible. There were people of different nationalities in the car, and he introduced each attraction to us in both English and Chinese, with very clear directions. The seats in the car were clean and comfortable. Overall, the experience was quite good, so I recommend everyone choose this Izu day trip! I wish you all a pleasant journey and sunny weather!

Our tour guide provided friendly explanations and went above and beyond to assist us. It was wonderful to be able to communicate in Chinese in Japan, where language can be a barrier. The trip was very relaxing; although the drives were long, they weren't tiring. It's definitely worth it for anyone who hasn't been before to join this tour!

I would like to commend your driver, Mr. Hada ( 秦健朗 ) for the excellent service he provided during the Mt. Omuro Day Tour on 11 June 2026. Mr. Hada was professional, friendly, patient, and helpful throughout the trip. He drove safely, ensured that passengers were comfortable, and managed the itinerary efficiently while allowing us sufficient time to enjoy the attractions. His clear communication, punctuality, and positive attitude made the tour pleasant and enjoyable for everyone. We truly appreciated his dedication and excellent customer service, which contributed greatly to our wonderful experience at Mt. Omuro. Please convey our sincere thanks and appreciation to Mr. Hada (秦健朗 ) for a job well done.

My wife and I recently booked the Klook Mt. Omuro & Izu trip, and we couldn't be happier with the experience, largely thanks to our guide, Andrew. He was exceptionally attentive, organized, and welcoming throughout the entire day. Andrew truly went the extra mile for everyone in our group, taking amazing care of all the details and making sure we were both comfortable and well looked after. His energy, thoughtfulness, and dedication made our trip truly memorable. Thank you, Andrew!

The tour guide thoughtfully considered everyone's schedule since many activities could be delayed by rain. In fact, a heavy thunderstorm caused the Mount Omuro ropeway to be suspended, but this was due to weather and no one's fault. Overall, we want to thank our tour guide Cora. It was still a very enjoyable day tour.

Mila was our guide and she was amazing! She explained everything clearly and went above and beyond for me. It was a long day but the spots were beautiful if you just wanted a quick day trip/break from Tokyo. I am a solo female traveller also and I thoroughly enjoyed it!!

This day trip to Mount Omuro was fantastic! The cable car ride up the mountain was a lot of fun, and the 360-degree ocean and mountain views from the crater trail were breathtaking. The Jogasaki Coast and suspension bridge in the afternoon were also spectacular. I didn't have to research complicated transportation transfers myself; I could just relax and sleep on the bus. The itinerary was very well-planned and smooth. Highly recommended!

We had a big bus to a cozy group of about 12 people. The ride was comfortable since the journey was long but we were given breaks at rest stops along the way. The guides took good care of us. The weather was great and we were given enough time to explore Jogasaki coast and Mt Omuro. The latter was foggy at times and taking a walk around the crater felt mystical because of the fog and illusion of low hanging clouds. It was also cooling to walk around which was a good respite from the hot humid summer.

A very responsible team. Our group had a small number of participants, so the vendor switched to a private car service to accommodate us, which was very convenient. Despite bad weather, they still provided the service on the day, showing great integrity. The driver's professionalism and focus on safety made us feel completely at ease throughout our day trip.
