It was a fantastic experience. Even though we stayed in a small room, we could still feel how clean and elegant it was. For a hotel by the sea, I think it's excellent. The actual condition of the hotel doesn't differ much from the photos, so I highly recommend staying there. The breakfast was also very rich and varied.

The location is excellent; it's incredibly convenient for visiting both the marine museum and Yehliu Geopark. You can get there in just a few steps, which made it very easy for us traveling with seniors and children. Plus, there's a really fun game room, which is absolutely fantastic!

The room environment was clean and tidy, and the bathroom had a bidet, which was clean and hygienic, though the ceiling seemed a bit damp. The room price was affordable, the staff were friendly and enthusiastic, and breakfast was included. There's nothing to complain about.

Sunny is friendly and professional in doing her job. She ensured everyone is well taken care of. Overall we explored 4 places, but I hope there is more buffer time in Shifen and Jiufen for us to explore. Pineapple DIY experience is quite unique. Thanks Sunny! Will visit Taipei again.

Wonderful and well-organized tour! Yehliu, Yin & Yang Sea, Shifen, and Jiufen were all beautiful places to visit.
Special thanks to our guide Kevin Chang for making the trip so enjoyable. He was friendly, helpful, and shared many interesting facts throughout the journey.
Highly recommended, especially with guide Kevin Chang... If you want great photos & videos for social media, definitely choose KEVIN CHANG. He is very skilled at photography & videography and captured lot of of amazing photos & videos for us, He never tires of capturing amazing clicks and voluntarily took a lot of photos. Truly brilliant... Highly recommended...

the shifen water fall is the best , i wish we could have just skipped the cats and spend more tome in shifen water falls but over all its good! the tour guide let me borrow the umbrella

Didn't expect the rain to be that bad during the tour but it didn't stop us from enjoying the places we've been to. I specifically looking forward to Qintiangang but didnt see much in Grassland due to fog and it was also too cold. The expertise of our Driver Mr. Cheng was also superb. We enjoyed it and will definitely recommend this.

I booked a private tour for just my boyfriend and me, and Hicks Wang was our guide.
It was my first time visiting Taiwan, and this tour turned out to be such a valuable, meaningful, and memorable experience.
Hicks was an excellent guide. He drove very safely throughout the trip, and his explanations of the different attractions were both entertaining and informative. He made the whole journey feel comfortable and enjoyable from beginning to end.
The night view in Jiufen was absolutely breathtaking, and the photos Hicks took for us came out beautifully. They are such special memories from our first trip to Taiwan.
Thank you so much, Hicks, for making our trip so memorable and for helping us create such wonderful memories. We truly enjoyed every moment of the tour and would highly recommend it!

Our tour guide, Francis, was very professional. All arrangements were excellent, and his explanations were clear. It was truly impressive to see him lead a group using three languages (having to repeat everything in English, Japanese, and Mandarin three times). He is incredibly professional. I once joined a tour where the guide was supposed to use both Chinese and English, but out of laziness, only spoke English, leaving those who didn't understand English feeling left out. That's why I have immense respect for Francis; he truly embodies dedication and professionalism! Highly commendable.
