A must-buy before your ski session! Purchasing the lift tickets through this platform was one of the best decisions I made. The price is significantly cheaper compared to buying directly at the counter on the actual ski day. The savings were substantial, and the whole process was smooth and convenient. The voucher redemption was straightforward. Highly recommended for anyone planning to ski with great value, hassle-free, and definitely worth securing in advance.

Coach: Xiao Hei is awesome. Coach Xiao Hei is extremely patient and carefully teaches me! When I was feeling down, he still believed I could do it. During the two and a half day course, I successfully completed three runs on the beginner slope on the second day. For a middle-aged woman who never exercises, this moment can be described as unlocking a new level in life; this experience allowed me to level up on my own. Thank you to Coach Xiao Hei for his patience and trust, helping me break through myself and double my confidence.

We were delighted to receive a complimentary room upgrade, which included a separate living area. The hotel is new, clean and beautiful. There are drinks available in the lobby, including orange juice, oolong tea, and coffee. Ramen, popsicles, and ice cream are served in the evening, and Yakult is available the next morning. There were quite a few insects in the onsen. If visiting Furano again, I would definitely choose this hotel.

Hotel is good & staff is helpful. only thing is Klook, DONT BOOK With KLOOK PAY LATER. They will ask for a new payment when it near to the stay, they dont event bother to deduct from earlier promo card payment we lock in & jet up the price last mins. CS were unhelpful & tell us either to we can pay up to continue or we can cancel. we had no choice as it do near to our date & another family also book same hotel but different platform. I believe I'm not the only family experience this. AVOID Klook at all time!!!

good location. it has free carpark for those who drive. public bath was small but there were not a lot of people during my stay so was fine

My Tour Guide was Mandy, she was very friendly and helpful, she speaks fluent English and Mandarin! She offered everyone to take their pictures (she’s very good at taking pictures!!! always say yes!!) Definitely recommend taking a Tour with her. I went on the Tour with the destinations Asahiyama Zoo, White beard waterfall, Ningle Terrace. The Ningle Terrace got canceled and replaced with the Blue Pond, due to weather conditions and limited Bus spots. This can happen any day unexpectedly, the Blue Pond was still nice but since it’s currently winter it was covered with snow and no blue was seen. Overall, happy with the Tour and definitely money worth!! My favorite was the Waterfall and the Penguin Walk at the Zoo!

Our guide Lily is nice & friendly. In overall the trip is good, just for Asahiyama Zoo was a bit rushed we do not have much time to spend to see the animals as we need to take lunch at the same time. The Snow mobile experience was great, just a bit pricey but worth to try once. Ningle Terrace is very cold as we arrive it’s already dark. We missed 1 itinerary which is the Ken & Mary tree, due to the snow weather.

This was my first time using Klook and I had a great experience! Even though my tour experienced some delays and changes, I knew that it was nobody’s fault and still had an amazing day! Regardless of the delays, my tour guide still gave us enough time to enjoy and really take in the sites we did get to visit. The tour guide was very enthusiastic throughout the day and was very accommodating to me being the only English speaker in the group. He made sure to translate everything and gave very interesting descriptions of the sites we visited which kept me engaged. I usually don’t go to zoos, but the Asahiyama Zoo was very nice! The animals were so cute and the food was great too! The blue pond and shirahige waterfalls were also breathtaking! Overall I had an amazing experience on this tour and it made my first trip to Hokkaido unforgettable! The company also provided us with tea and sweet treats to compensate for the delays which I appreciated a lot! I couldn’t recommend this tour enough!
