Pompei

Absolutely amazing tour. Our Guide Laura and drive Ginai were so good at keeping us safe and on time. Despite the fact it was a rainy day it was so good to see Pompei without the crowds. Our tour guide Elena took us to all the highlights and her explanation was fantastic. would really recommend this tour!

This was Fantastic. Vacations can be stressful enough. It was great having them take care of all of the logistics for us. logistics are: a day before our trip, we were texted our rail tickets. we arrived at the train station at 7am for our 7:25am trip. we arrived in Naples at 8:30am. our tour guide met us outside of the central Naples train station at 9:45. then it was a 20 minute bus ride to Pompeii. we spent two hours in Pompeii and then we went to a city center for lunch and shopping on our own. then we went to the Herculaneum for 2 hours. after that it is a 20 minute bus ride back to the station where we had an hour before our 6pm train ride back to Rome. we arrived back in Rome at 7:15. the actual tours are incredible. Michele Maria Lamberti with Askos tours was our guide. He is not just a tour guide but a professional archeologist. His knowledge and passion for these ruins is very apparent. if you are visiting Rome and want to visit another part of Italy, you must do this tour.

me and my partner had a great day out the guides were amazing and very informative and even allowed extra time to explore which they didn't have to do, I would high recommend.

A minor deduction in points is because I was clearly assigned to Group A's 7:30 tour. Group A also had my name recorded, and I was present on Group A's list when the tour guide called out names. However, during Group A's roll call, extra people kept appearing. After investigation, it was discovered that I belonged to Group B, and my tickets were in Group B. Eventually, I was taken to Group B's tour guide at a rest stop, and I participated in the activities with Group B. I personally estimate that because I purchased a tour with a 7:35 AM meeting time through Klook, the local tour mistakenly assigned me to the 7:30 tour, which caused the confusion. However, the tour overall was very smooth and highly enjoyable, including lunch, all attraction tickets, and tour guide explanations. Transportation was provided throughout the entire journey to the volcano, restaurant, Pompeii, and Rome drop-off location. Both the volcano and Pompeii require a lot of walking, so it's strongly recommended to wear very comfortable shoes. It can be quite cold, especially on the volcano, so be sure to bring warm clothing.

I thought the "I Love Roma" sign was a large landmark, so I kept asking around and walking around trying to find it. Later, the tour leader suddenly ran over and asked for my name. I thought his eyesight was very good. Then I asked him where the "I Love Roma" sign was, and he said it was on the little flag on his back! 😆 Both the driver and tour leader were named Marco, and they were both very nice. Unfortunately, the distance from Rome to Pompeii is too far, and most of the time is spent in transit, but it is very suitable for people who just want to see the main attractions.

Amalfi coast scenery is very beatiful. Archaeological Park of Pompeii entrance ticket is included on the tour price. However, the tour inside park is a little bit short since tour needs to be ended 4:30 PM at Naples cruise line terminal for cruise line tourists.

The tour guide's explanation was very detailed, and the timing was well-managed. Pompeii is really big, and without a guide, you really wouldn't know what you're looking at. Taking the bus directly to Pompeii and Mount Vesuvius saves you the trouble of arranging your own transportation, making it very worthwhile.

Our tour guide Jasmine is super. very knowledgable, very considerate and an excellent guide. Patrizia is also an excellent guide. Thumbs up for this tour, it’s a must in Naples!

The meeting point was clear, and the tour guide was friendly, kind, and enthusiastic. The bus was comfortable and clean. The 2-hour Pompeii tour was sufficient, covering most of the attractions. The pasta lunch was delicious. Unfortunately, the Vesuvius climb was canceled due to rain, and while a refund was offered, it was a bit disappointing. I would recommend this tour to family and friends!
