Transport in Malacca

redemption guide:It would be better that there will be a heads up on what bus we are taking as it can be very confusing. Overall, it still convenient to take the bus from Malacca back to SG. the location is just behind hatten hotel.

Everything went smoothly for the transfer from Kuantan to KL. The transport provider emailed me and the driver Mr Jaya WhatsApp me one day before the trip. Even though the pickup was scheduled for 12 noon, we saw Mr Jaya’s van parked beside the hotel at 10.30am. Mr Jaya was patient, giving my elderly parents time to slowly board and alight from the van. He was also considerate, stopping twice during the 4.5-hour journey for us to take toilet breaks. He also helped us to load and unload our luggage and bags, and drove carefully, ensuring our safety.

We booked from Kuala Lumpur to Kuala Selangor, the driver is prompt, arrived before time, but they are mindful in waiting beyond the free wait time so keep that in mind and be punctual to avoid any hassle

Vehicle Condition: The driver used a new car with just over 2,000 kilometers on it. Service: We stopped at a rest area for 20 minutes along the way. Cleanliness: The car was very clean. Service: I would book again for cross-regional travel if I have the chance.

The pick up was smooth and they were on time. The driver communicated with us a day before the pick up and provided clear instructions. We booked them too for our trip back to SG.

many thanks to Siven our driver who is so punctual, understanding and good driving skills. My family had to cut short our trip in Malacca and I had to ask Siven to come early to pick us up. He did not say a word and came to us right away. Thank you.

Mr Miniam came early to fetch us from our hotel. We came back to hotel late due to some delay in the morning trip to Mossy Forest (also booked via Klook). Good thing that both the morning trip and this private transfer trip we booked thru KLOOK was arranged by the same person (Gwen) and he was able to give Mr Miniam heads up on the status of our earlier tour. Mr Miniam was very patient with us, waited for us to check out the hotel and gave us a warm welcome before starting the journey. His Toyota MPV is very new (apparently he said only a month old) and in very clean and good condition, we had a very comfortable ride from Cameron Highlands to Ipoh. Thanks Mr Miniam. And not to forget, thanks to Gwen too who made the morning Mossy Forest tour and the private transfer arrangements for us hassle free.

The driver worked very hard, traffic was terrible during the holidays, it took 6 hours to get here, and the return bus was over an hour late. If the notification could be more proactive, otherwise passengers will be very anxious waiting, especially since it's so late. The promised half-hour explanation about Malaysia on the bus didn't happen, the guide was probably lazy, and since they're responsible for explaining, they should enrich their knowledge, not just say hello for 5 minutes. Someone on the bus was playing their phone very loudly, and the driver should have actively discouraged this, some people have no consideration for others.
