Transport in Malacca

All good with my experience with 707 Bus Inc. We got in from Boon Lay Bus Terminal then drop off on Hatten Hotel Melaka.

Booked a ride to Genting Highlands one day in advance. The driver was very punctual, the trip was smooth and enjoyable, and we had a pleasant chat along the way. Thank you for the great service. Highly recommended!

we had a great driver his name was Jefri , he communicated fast and well via email as my WhatsApp wasn’t working, he was early and waiting for us as we got downstairs from hotel, he was a pleasure to have as driver easy to talk and shared a good laugh, if we could have him for our whole trip. cleanliness: great service: excellent +++ car: lots of space for us all

SARA also took care of us on the way back. We paid an additional fee to be taken from Dutch Square to the Straits Mosque, but I felt bad because I forgot to bring cash and she had to come to our hotel the next day. She was a truly kind person. As customers, we can easily ask to stop for a restroom break, but for the sake of the driver, I recommend including a 10-minute break along the way, as it takes over two hours to get from Malacca to Kuala Lumpur. While it's more expensive than Grab, if you prioritize reliability, chartering a car is definitely the way to go.

it was a wonderful trip. We enjoyed great discount from Klook bundle deal. The coaches were clean and the drivers were quite careful. They did not speed even though they were running late. The coach company needs to be ensure that their staff communicate with the passengers diligently about the pick up time, esp when there is a delay. The hotel stay was superb. Clean, comfortable and cozy room. Friendly and helpful staff. Sumptuous buffet breakfast. Free shuttle bus to Jonker and Palawan on weekends.

Our driver was very kind to let us stop en route for a short 5-10 minutes to grab some fresh produce from Cameron Highlands. He was also very kind to have driven us around Ipoh to show us various key eateries and familiarise us with our area before reaching our hotel. Much appreciated - top notch service! I also learnt a lot about Malaysia and potential places of attraction should I visit Cameron Highlands and Ipoh in the future. Thanks!

Excellent service. The driver arrived early and kindly assisted us with our luggage. We were also able to clear customs more quickly as we used the bus lane, making the journey smooth and hassle-free.
