Transport in Malacca

Since I booked the tickets in advance, all I had to do upon arrival was state my name and provide the code, and they quickly issued the tickets. Before boarding, I was instructed to scan a QR code for a declaration prior to immigration.

Our driver was very kind to let us stop en route for a short 5-10 minutes to grab some fresh produce from Cameron Highlands. He was also very kind to have driven us around Ipoh to show us various key eateries and familiarise us with our area before reaching our hotel. Much appreciated - top notch service! The driver, Mr. Thiaga, was very friendly. He contacted us in advance to confirm the time and itinerary, and was extremely punctual. The vehicle was in great condition, and his driving was very smooth. He thoughtfully arranged a 30-minute rest stop along the way so we could use the restroom and get some food and water, and safely dropped us off at our destination. It was a wonderful experience.

it was a wonderful trip. We enjoyed great discount from Klook bundle deal. The coaches were clean and the drivers were quite careful. They did not speed even though they were running late. The coach company needs to be ensure that their staff communicate with the passengers diligently about the pick up time, esp when there is a delay. The hotel stay was superb. Clean, comfortable and cozy room. Friendly and helpful staff. Sumptuous buffet breakfast. Free shuttle bus to Jonker and Palawan on weekends.
