• What vehicle models are available? We have 3 great options for you! Toyota Innova groups of up to 4, Toyota Alphard for groups of up to 3 and Hyundai Starex for groups up to 7. Pick the one that best fits your group size and luggages
• When will the operator provide the driver and car plate information after the booking is confirmed? The operator will update the driver’s or vehicle information 1 day before the pick up date, please contact the operator if you did not receive the driver information after 18:00. On the scheduled date, you will receive a text from the driver informing you of his departure. Please provide a reachable contact number via WhatsApp for the operator to communicate further
• What is included in the fees and are there extra charges? This activity included 8/10/12 hour car charter service in Malacca, english speaking drive, fuel, parking and toll fees.
