• Which routes are included in this activity and is it possible to customize the routes? This service offers car rental with a driver or car charter from your hotel or any location in Johor Bahru city center to various attractions, such as Johor Bahru Premium Outlet, Legoland, The Johor Palace, City Square, etc. You can also customize the route to suit your preferences within Johor Bahru, or to Malacca!
• What vehicle models are available? We have 3 great options for you! Toyota Innova groups of up to 4, Toyota Alphard for groups of up to 3 and Hyundai Starex for groups up to 7. Pick the one that best fits your group size and luggages
• What is included in the fees and are there extra charges? This activity included 8/10/12 hour car charter service, english speaking drive, fuel, parking and toll fees. Child seat is MYR 15 per seat. Please be informed attraction tickets, meal & beverages and other personal expenses will not be included
• When will the operator provide the driver and car plate information after the booking is confirmed? The operator will update the driver’s or vehicle information 1 day before the pick up date, please contact the operator if you did not receive the driver information after 18:00. On the scheduled date, you will receive a text from the driver informing you of his departure. Please provide a reachable contact number via WhatsApp for the operator to communicate further
• What are the standard dimensions for luggage that the vehicle can accommodate? Our standard luggage size is 24 inches: Height 24" (59 cm), Width 16.4" (41 cm), and Depth 9.2" (24 cm)
