The Fleur de Chine Hotel still maintains a certain standard in Sun Moon Lake, although there are other more expensive competitors. The hot springs and facilities are relatively good, but it feels like a training center for service personnel. The proportion of foreign staff is noticeably increasing. The meals are generous, not afraid of guests eating a lot, but the quality is hard to define and feels slightly declined compared to the past.

The hotel is excellent. A lot of facilities .Staff were courteous and always put on a good smile. Free shuttle service is really a plus point. We booked and travelled to Taichung HSR free on our last day.There is a staff following the shuttle bus to make sure everything is ok.

Booking the Sun Moon Lake Hotel on Klook was super easy. Just let the staff know when you check in. The rooms are big and comfortable, and the public facilities are great, including billiards, table tennis, a basketball machine, a Switch/PS4 game room, a gym, and a kids' play area. The most convenient thing is that you can borrow bicycles directly from the hotel and access the Sun Moon Lake bike path. Super convenient! 👍 Highly recommended for families! 👍 The rooms are a bit dated, but clean and tidy. Overall, excellent value for money!

The front desk staff are all very friendly and greet you with enthusiasm. They are happy to answer questions and give recommendations for good restaurants. The view rooms are absolutely beautiful, with lake views that are enhanced by the fishing boats, adding to the beauty of Sun Moon Lake.

The rooms are clean, the food is delicious and plentiful, and the views of Sun Moon Lake are unobstructed. The lake view rooms offer beautiful skies, making for a truly wonderful vacation! The service staff is friendly and the hotel is located right on the main street, making it quick and easy to buy Sun Moon Lake snacks and delicacies. Renting electric or regular bikes is convenient and fun, allowing you to easily explore the streets of Sun Moon Lake over and over again. It truly was a wonderful vacation!

About a 10-minute drive from Shuishe Pier, with a large free parking lot. The rooms are clean and comfortable. There is a children's ball pit and cassia seed sand pit on B1. However, the soundproofing is not very good. If the next-door guests are noisy, it may be difficult to fall asleep. Overall, it's good.

The only family-friendly hotel in Puli with a starlight SPA pool and a hundred-坪 (ping) children's playground. It is the best family-friendly hotel in Nantou Puli, close to the popular 18°C Chocolate. Whether you're exploring Puli's city attractions or heading to Cingjing Farm and Hehuan Mountain after checkout the next day, the location is very convenient. When visiting Nantou, don't just stay at Sun Moon Lake; staying in Puli is more lively.

Parking within the hotel is a bit limited, but there's ample parking in the surrounding area. We happened to be there on a Saturday night when volunteer guides from Yushan National Park were giving a lecture, which was very thoughtful and a rare treat! The room was clean, quiet, and the staff were very friendly. Highly recommended!
