Got ourselves a 7-day Global Pass and travelled through 5 countries. Buying the pass was easy but how to use the app for activating the pass will need some time to learn. However, fear not as there are many experienced people out willing to share. Do some readings and join some fb travel groups and you will surprised by the information available. The pass was flexible but the train schedule can be unpredictable which means you need to be updated requently to stay on course of your journey. We only experienced one hicccup on one of the trips at Berlin due to seat reservation issue and missing the connecting train due to delay of the first train. The other trips were as planned.

Just pop up and show the ticket, stow your luggage and board the bus. No need to prebook but be early, since its first come first served. T1 bags are on the left side, T2 on the right. Show your ticket at Mercato Centrale Milano for 10% off.

The Trenitalia Pass was simple to use and it’s suitable for first time tourist to use. However, it’s a little bit expensive, but for the convenience sake. Do note that you will need to plan your route and journey in advance so that you can reserve your seats.

I recommend it because the hotel is next to the train station, and we were able to have an early check-in. The room was clean, and the staff was professional. It's a shame that there isn't a gym in a 4-star hotel, but apart from that, everything went well. Thanks to the team!

a big shout out to the (2) Filipino receptionist when we checked in for our 2 nights stay at this hotel. Room was big and clean. Location is maybe at least 10-12 mins walk from Milano Central but there is a bus stop and tram stop nearby.

Great location especially if you want to travel to a nearby places! Friendly staff and near to every thing.

transport access: Great location with two shopping centres nearby and you could get there by foot or car within 10 minutes. Hotel provided private parking with reasonable price which allow you to drive through City Center within 30 minutes. An absolute bargain! The room was small but perfect for two people, very clean, and housekeeping came in every morning. The location was great because it was so close to the subway station, giving you access to the whole city for just a couple of euros. We asked for extra pillows, which they provided, and the staff were welcoming and friendly throughout our stay.
