Reviews
the excursion was amazing. Me and my husband had a great time. That was the trip I wanted and it was the perfect day. Mout Fuji at it’s finest. Our tour guide(Will) and the driver were so nice and helpful. Will explained everything about the places we visited. The driver was so friendly and his driving skills were great.
Luckily it was sunny on Tuesday, September 2, 2025, I bought tickets the day before. They messaged me on WhatsApp to confirm the pick up spot at 7:30am at Tokyo station. Our host was holding up an orange flag so it was easy to spot him in the crowds it was around 2h drive to our first stop at Hakone Shrine and we got to walk around for 1h, waited less than 15 min to take pictures. We heard day before people lined up 1-1.5h to take pictures with Heiwa no torii hakone My favourite was taking Hakone Ropeway Ōwakudani cable car to see the views of the volcanic valley Mount Fuji did not have the white snow around it but still very cool to see it in person. Their ice cream (¥500) at Oshino Hakkai is so delicious and we walked in the souvenir store to buy snacks. We left at 3pm, arrived back at Shinjuku at 4:30pm. Our tour host Will was great, he's able to speak English and Chinese, he is very knowledgeable in history and attractions. Highly recommend to go on this bus tour!
Very efficient trip from Tokyo to Hakone. Got to go to all the places and sufficient time to take pictures! Please prepare snack or lunch since there is not enough time to have a relaxing proper lunch.
A guided tour of Hakone is worry-free and fulfilling! The Chinese-speaking guide is professional and attentive, the itinerary flows smoothly, and it saves you the hassle of planning transportation. Visit Lake Ashi pirate ship, Owakudani volcanic wonders, and Hakone Shrine – classic attractions that won't disappoint. The weather was also very cooperative; we saw Lake Ashi in the rain, and in the afternoon the sky cleared, and we saw Mount Fuji in the distance, which was quite stunning. Overall, the experience was smooth and pleasant, and the value for money was excellent~
Our tour guide Will is so kind and helpful. The tour is worth it if you are in Japan. we are so lucky that I booked this date and we saw Mount Fuji real clear
The journey is very nice . today weather is pretty well and we have nice view of Mount Fuji for the whole day . Thanks for the tour guide Will Yu and the driver to let us have a pleasant journey. We enjoy the trip well.
One of the best tours we took from Tokyo. Our guide Mr Yu was very friendly and informative, and spoke excellent English. We encountered traffic both ways, but he made sure we saw everything. He told us where to get the best shots, what’s worth trying and buying, and helped with picture-taking. We could not thank him and the driver enough for a memorable tour. Highly recommend!
Overall, this Hakone day trip was quite good, though the weather wasn't ideal. It drizzled in the morning, and the rain stopped in the afternoon. However, we still didn't get to see Mount Fuji, which was a bit disappointing. The other attractions were definitely worth visiting.
A great tour to see Mt Fuji in different locations! Our tour guide gave interesting facts along the way. I would advise checking Mt Fuji visibility as your trip approaches so that you can cancel and rebook onto a day with better visibility.
good trip and our tour guide Will was very experienced and helpful. Very knowledgeable in explaining all the background of the tourist locations we visited. lead the tour well

- The itinerary is a group tour, and seat allocation follows a first-come, first-served principle. If you have special requests, please note them, and we will do our best to arrange them, but the final decision will be made on-site.
- The vehicle model will be arranged according to the number of participants and cannot be specified. For smaller groups, a driver who also serves as an attendant may be arranged, and the commentary will be relatively brief.

- No refunds will be given for late arrivals due to personal reasons, temporary changes to the meeting point, or leaving the group midway. Any accidents or additional expenses incurred after leaving the group must be borne by the individual.
Season and Scenery
- Mount Fuji's visibility is highly affected by weather, especially in summer when visibility is lower. It is recommended to check weather information before booking.
- Seasonal activities such as flower viewing, autumn foliage viewing, snow scenery, and fireworks festivals are greatly affected by climate.
