• This is an electronic voucher (QR Code), no paper tickets will be sent separately
• Hold the electronic voucher (QR Code) to enter the venue after verification at the entrance
• After the payment is completed, please go to your mailbox to receive the [Payment Success Notification Letter], and use the QR Code attached to the letter for verification; or go to the website [Member Center] → [My Order] → [Payment] tab → Click [View] to write off the attached QR Code

System Order Notes:

• The system does not provide the function of modifying the order. If you want to change the quantity, you need to refund and reorder
• No refunds will be accepted for any product after exchange

Notes on admission to the event

• The opening time of the event is 10:00; the end time of the event is 16:00
• The admission time is until 15:40, please follow the time
• The sales meeting and the vtuber meeting are two independent activities, and the tickets are not shared and must be purchased separately
