- Please bring all your personal luggage and items to pass through the customs. The waiting time for customs clearance is 20 minutes.
- Each traveller is allowed to carry only one piece of luggage. The dimention should not exceed 56cm x 36cm x 22cm.
- According to the government regulations of People Republic of China, Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and Região Administrativa Especial de Macau, One Bus Hong Kong Macau Limited has the absolute authority and its sole discretion to refuse permission to board to any passenger found with any explosive/ dangerous/ flammable/ toxic/ corrosive items, as well as any prohibition of import and export goods by the Customs of the Governments.
- Passengers must take care of their own baggage and personal belongings when they stop or get on or off the bus. The passengers are responsible for all the risks of their own baggage and personal belongings. Any loss or damage, "One Bus Hong Kong Macau Limited" will not be responsible.

The overall arrangement is smooth. But the whole journey is very stressful. There are a total of 4 boarding and disembarking at the Hong Kong port and the entry at the Macao port. All luggage must be dropped off, and there is a time limit of 20 minutes to board and return. It is impossible to catch up. The parking space is far away. After exiting the port, you have to walk a lot, and you have to find a parking space. The whole process is very high-pressure. The driver saw that the bus was full and left. I went back and forth 4 times and took 3 different seats. Fortunately, there are more buses on holidays. Otherwise, there is one bus every hour on weekdays. It would be a big deal if the bus leaves and waits for the next bus. Personally, I think it's easier to go by boat.
Very convenient to use, alternative ride going to Macau via bus instead of ferry. And experience passing through sea with its one of the kind architectural bridge connecting 2 countries between HK and Macau.
Bus stop location is easy to find. Taking the bus is ok if you are not in a hurry. As mentioned already, you will have to disembark the bus, go thru immigration and board the bus again. You have to do this twice. The lines for immigration are quite long, and there is danger of missing your bus and having to wait a long time for the next.
this is a fabulous voucher from klook, i am really glad to have found it. after booking, the transaction was really seamless and everything went perfectly. i would totally recommend using this again, and if you are considering it please go ahead and get it.
It was a very pleasant ride. The entire journey including the process of going through immigration took about 3 hours in total. You need to get off the bus twice to go through immigration. I do wish however that the bus drivers speak English for the foreign tourists taking their service. When the driver was dropping us off to immigration, we had no idea what he was saying so we were just following everyone else.
Overall it’s a pleasant journey. However, for those who may take a longer time to clear the customs like having kids, please beware that the bus would leave after certain wait ! This happened to us and we had to find our own way to hotel ! It’s understand but it would be nice if they could inform us in advance.

Simple and convenient. Take the QR Code and go to the store to exchange for a physical flight, and then queue up on time to get on the bus. It’s so simple
Easy to use, convenient, and fast. You can get it with coupons. You can get on the bus in the city center. You don’t have to take a bus or a boat. It’s easy to find and get to and from the station. Highly recommended!
It is convenient to purchase. It is recommended to arrive at the meeting point 30 minutes early to wait.
