Fantastic 5.0
The show was visually stunning with a lot of amazing stunts. My attention was caught from start to finish. Although the storyline was a bit unclear, I had a wonderful time. It was easy to book via Klook and to use the provided QR code to get into the show. There were also assigned seats provided.

Fantastic 5.0
The bus night tour was fantastic! We were also lucky enough to see the fountain show right from the center, which was great, haha. However, I took the tour on a Tuesday, and there was no shuttle from the Venetian Hotel to the Macau Ferry Terminal, so I had to quickly take a taxi to get there.

It's one of the best waterparks in asia with indoor and outdoor facilities. Adults and children can enjoy dozens of rides all day.

Convenience of booking with Klook: No need to exchange tickets, you can use the barcode directly. However, the beach cup needs to be redeemed on the 1st floor. The beach cup is nice, and it's quiet and comfortable while waiting for the sunset and night lights, as there aren't many people. Service: Excellent. Experience: Worth a visit. Facilities: Worth a visit.

Fantastic 5.0
teamLab's SuperNature exhibition is located at the westernmost end of The Venetian Macao's West Wing. The Venetian is truly immense, and the effect of this sound, light, and electricity combination exhibition is absolutely spectacular. The teamLab art collective refers to this collection of works as a "body-immersive art museum," divided into over a dozen themes. Walking through and exploring the different themed areas truly allows one to become "lost" within it, constantly needing to orient oneself in the mirrored surfaces to find one's relationship with this three-dimensional, interwoven, and visually deceptive environment. This makes one feel as though they, along with this vast collection of works, form a giant postmodern installation.

Super fun! We got a flash deal and went as a family of four. Both adults and kids had a great time. If your child is over 100cm tall, they can pretty much enjoy most of the facilities. The four levels of play are easy and safe to navigate up and down. It was my kids' first time, and they loved it! Families with children will definitely enjoy it. I think it's the best place for kids to play in Macau!

It was a great experience. The Ferris wheel cabins have air conditioning, which was very comfortable. The scenery is beautiful, and you can see Studio City's water park. The package also included a VR experience. There's a play area for children under 100 cm tall, so after the adults finished the VR, the kids played there for almost an hour. It was a very cost-effective experience.

Fantastic 5.0
We had a fantastic experience on the Macao hop-on, hop-off bus—it was well worth the money! Our guide, Fan, was waiting for us right as we arrived at the Macao Outer Harbour Ferry Terminal, making check-in effortless. She was incredibly friendly, graciously took photos for us, and offered great tips on local spots and navigation. We especially appreciated how smoothly she switched between English and Chinese to narrate the points of interest. The route offered a great variety of sights and activities. Since some stops were within easy walking distance of one another, we could explore at our own pace without waiting for the next bus. Visiting on a sunny Monday meant the crowds were minimal, making the whole trip even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

What to know before visiting Macau

What to do in Macau through the year

Macau’s top bookings are dominated by Events & shows and Tours, with Observation decks and Museums also drawing steady interest; demand builds through spring, dips in winter’s late summer, then spikes sharply in December. That seasonality means shows and larger events really shape the city’s busiest periods, while tours and observation-deck visits provide reliable options outside the peaks.

Best activities for families, couples and solo travellers

Families tend to favour Water parks and interactive museum visits for hands-on fun, while parents can also pick family-friendly tours that keep everyone engaged. Couples will find Events & shows and atmospheric museum or evening observation-deck visits well suited to a date or celebration. Solo travellers and small groups often prefer Tours and Observation decks for flexible, easy-to-book experiences that work on short notice.

What travellers from Australia typically book ahead

Most travellers from Australia keep plans flexible when visiting Macau — many things can be picked up a day or two out — but the earliest planners usually book around three weeks ahead, and that extra planning matters most in December, the busiest month. If you’re travelling in the peak month, locking in major shows and popular tours earlier reduces the risk of missing out.

Comparing categories by price and who they suit

Observation decks are the easiest, most budget-friendly way into Macau’s experiences, offering straightforward entry-level prices. Tours sit in the mid-range and are a great fit for both solo and small-group travellers seeking guided context. Museums also offer mid-range value with cultural appeal for families and couples. Events & shows command the highest median prices and the widest spread of options, ranging from more affordable performances to premium ticketed events, making them the pick for special occasions; Water parks occupy a mid-to-upper position, appealing mainly to families and seasonal visitors.
