Reviews
It's convenient to pick up tickets at the Macau ferry terminal. Take a taxi to the Grandstand area, show your ticket to enter and they'll give you a wristband. Although we only bought tickets for the first day of practice, it wasn't too rainy and we still saw some exciting moments. Saw two cool cars. Unfortunately, the line to buy merchandise was long, we waited for three hours. Also, it's not very convenient to buy things in Macau. Hong Kong Alipay or other electronic payment methods are often not accepted, so you really need to prepare some cash. Buying Grand Prix tickets through Klook is good, hope it's available next year too.
Macau Bay is truly a great place to watch the competition, a very exciting game, the kids loved it, and we will definitely choose this seat again next year.
After booking, you can go to the store to get the tickets. The arrangements are comprehensive, time-saving and convenient.
First time watching the Macau Grand Prix, and this time I got a seat in the Lisboa Bend Grandstand. The atmosphere was lacking, and the breaks between races were a bit boring. There were no entertainment elements, so I could only watch TV. What's the difference between that and watching at home? Also, the souvenir and snack stalls felt very temporary, without even price lists. You had to ask about each item. The designs and displays weren't attractive, so I ended up not buying anything. Apart from the audience creating their own atmosphere when the race cars passed the Lisboa Bend, there wasn't much else to enjoy. I didn't expect a race that's been held for 72 years to be so stagnant. I probably won't go again.
The 72nd Macau Grand Prix tickets needed to be exchanged for physical tickets in Sheung Wan in advance. The whole process was smooth, the staff were polite, and ticket collection was fast. The ticket information was clear, and the entry instructions were easy to understand. The atmosphere at the venue was amazing, the viewing position had a great view, and I could feel the excitement of the race up close. Overall a very satisfying experience, definitely worth recommending.
Klook states to pick up at Shop 3105… but when I got there, it was closed. Turns out the actual shop is 3040 (which is more conveniently located at the entrance). Klook, please update this! Also, the customer service in the chat didn’t know about this either, so I ended up standing in front of the wrong shop waiting for quite a while, then had to look around to find a small sign pointing to the correct pick-up location 🤦🏻♀️
This is the second time I've booked tickets to watch a race through Klook. The area I booked this time was more comfortable than the last time. The location wasn't too sunny and I could see the podium. It also included a one-way ferry ticket, which was very convenient.
Really looking forward to next year's race, it has become one of my must-go activities every year.
The ticket pick-up process in Hong Kong is simple and more convenient than getting tickets on-site. Entry arrangements are quick and easy, but there are more people when leaving. Next time, I need to plan to leave a little earlier.
The weather was bad that morning and the race was postponed. The race was exciting with various types of racing cars. The location of Lisboa Bay and the atmosphere were even better.
