I love afternoon tea, but this was my first time trying the Chinese version. The atmosphere and ambiance at the Grand Hyatt Hong Kong's Chinese restaurant were very comfortable, and the staff were very attentive, carefully explaining the drinks and food. I thought I could only choose between iced or hot tea, but both were available. As for the food, both the presentation and taste were excellent. It was a satisfying meal that changed my perception of Chinese afternoon tea!
The afternoon tea is meticulously designed, incorporating elements of old Hong Kong while blending the strengths of Chinese and Western foods, resulting in a surprising and delightful new flavor.
The refreshments are exquisite, and in addition to the fine tea, there's sparkling water, which is a plus. The environment and service are five-star, the only drawback is that all the dim sum is served at once, and when the food gets cold, the taste suffers a bit.
Delicious and with a sense of ritual. Take photos and then eat each item, starting with the savory and ending with the sweet. The pineapple bun is huge, and the desserts are also very exquisite. Satisfied.
I was satisfied with this afternoon tea experience. The abalone tart was delicious, and the pineapple bun was a pleasant surprise. The service was excellent, and I look forward to new afternoon tea offerings.

The ambiance is very comfortable, and the food quality is high and unique. Besides being delicious, it's also picture-perfect, making for a delightful afternoon spent with friends.
Beautiful environment, excellent food quality, and easy reservation process. You can be seated with just a phone number confirmation and enjoy a 2-hour dining experience in a quiet and beautiful setting.
The desserts are all unique and special. The pear mousse is fragrant and delightful, a definite thumbs up! The tangerine peel infused steamed egg is excellent. The cold savory items were a bit disappointing. The foie gras flavor wasn't pronounced enough. The pineapple bun, however, was a pleasant surprise.
