The room is clean, the waiters are attentive, the dining area is spacious, the food is exquisite, the transportation is convenient, the surrounding environment is quiet, and there are many restaurants in shopping malls near the hotel.

This hotel staycation was terrible. We had to wait for a long time to check in first. It was already 6 pm at that time. Why couldn't we arrange check-in so late? And while we were waiting, no staff followed up! After checking in, we found that the room did not match. At that time, Unexpectedly, I was very angry, so I didn’t feel good about my stay this time!
Very good hotel, service attitude is very good. I booked the wrong two beds on the left and asked to change them. They were quickly told that it was OK. Buffet dinner was also available.

We originally wanted to celebrate our birthday when we arrived at the Hyatt Centric Staycation. Fortunately, the staff on the day upgraded us to a 270-degree ocean view room. From the room to the food and beverage facilities, we were quite satisfied with this trip.
The hotel required me to check in for the third time before I could enter the room. The first time was at 11:30 because I had a brunch buffet. The second time was at 2:45. After queuing up, they asked me to wait for ten more minutes. , you can check in on the first comer at 3 o'clock, which is really inconsiderate! I had to queue three times to get the door key, wasting my precious time. The food at the lunch buffet is average, and the dishes are collected quickly. However, the young people who do not handle ice cream and desserts often face the customers, and their tone is a bit bad. It is like there is no service, which ruins the atmosphere! The hotel room facilities are average. The shower water is really slow and unacceptable. The good thing is that there are four street food coupons, which can be used to pick up food from the food shops near the hotel for free, such as egg waffles, tofu pudding, herbal tea, chee cheong fun and Siomai, everything is delicious!
I have been staying this hotel over 10 times, and there is good as always. Only one complain, there room AC is still not stable, somehow the room became so hot even we set it in 20C.
had the package with dinner and breakfast buffet. I thought the hotel dinner was average but the breakfast was great. hotel room was nice as well. make sure to check out the pool.
