Reviews
Restaurant Environment: It's not very big, but I got a $100 deal, so I went alone. The seating was spacious. Service: Quite good, with enough staff. Experience: Super happy I snagged the $100 deal 😂 but I only got one for myself. I suspect there's only one quota per day. Food Taste: This place is famous for steamed lobster, which I found to be just okay. The crab legs were delicious, and the chef kept refilling them! The best thing on the menu, in my opinion, was the char siu (BBQ pork); it was so good I needed a bowl of white rice with it 😂. Price: 100 points 👍🏻
The steamed lobster was unlimited, and the chef was very meticulous and patient, constantly refilling and tidying up to satisfy guests. The sashimi was incredibly fresh and sweet, and the chef was also very patient in preparing it. There was a huge selection of ice cream! The desserts, however, were just so-so. The staff's service attitude was attentive and deserves praise. The only minor drawback was the restaurant's environment and ambiance, which didn't quite feel like a five-star hotel restaurant.
The Hong Kong Ocean Park Marriott Hotel buffet was deeply appealing from the moment I saw the dessert section at 6 pm. There were so many options, constantly refilled, and every dessert was delicious. The blue cloud cake is a salted egg cheese cake, visually stunning. The subtle saltiness and smooth, rich cheese were unforgettable. The matcha red bean warabi mochi was perfectly sweet and super QQ. It's the best matcha warabi mochi I've had in Hong Kong, even better than the ones at Sogo. The steamed blue Australian lobster was meaty, fresh, and delicious, and could be paired with several sauces: black bean sauce, Tom Yum curry sauce, or cheese sauce. I tried it with the cheese sauce and the Tom Yum curry sauce. I thought the Tom Yum curry sauce was very special, elevating the lobster flavor and leaving me wanting more. The soup of the day was Jinhua ham and fish maw with conch, made with quality ingredients, perfect for autumn. The Thai barbecue was cooked to order and very juicy. Food taste: 10 points Experience: 10 points, worth an encore Service: 10 points, the staff was very nice and cleared plates quickly Restaurant environment: 10 points, very spacious Price: 10 points, because I used the Klook buy-2-get-1-free deal, the value was extremely high.
Ordering through Klook is convenient and fast, with various package options available. Picking up Ocean Park tickets at the restaurant was simple and easy, with no waiting, which was fantastic! The buffet was convenient, and the hotel staff provided attentive and courteous service, clearing plates quickly. There was a wide variety of food, delicious steak, and many dessert and salad choices. After the buffet, my family and I spent a happy afternoon at Ocean Park. We were very satisfied!
The main highlights are the steamed lobster and the cold seafood (mussels, shrimp, bread crab, clams, crab legs). The hot Chinese dishes are near the lobster station, mainly stir-fried seafood, with about 4-5 options. There's a sushi station (with sashimi like tuna and scallops), a BBQ station (with several soups), a tempura station, and a noodle station. The specific dishes available might vary daily. Special dishes include Peking duck and stewed soup, which seem to be available every day. Personally, I thought the stewed soup was quite good, but the Peking duck was just okay. The rest are desserts, and there are tons of them. Although the variety of dishes isn't extensive, there are still plenty of choices, and the food quality is high, with the seafood being quite fresh. The environment and atmosphere are good, but the restaurant gets pretty crowded; it was full on the day I visited. The service is also very good; plates are cleared super fast, though sometimes they'd clear my plate even if I stepped away and wasn't finished. The best part is that buying through Klook already includes the 10% service charge, so you don't have to pay extra while dining.
There weren't many customers tonight, so the dining environment was excellent. The main dishes were steamed lobster, scallops, and king crab legs, and the steaks and lamb chops were also delicious. There was a slightly limited selection of hot dishes, but the desserts were quite good, and the waitstaff provided excellent service, which is commendable. Overall, the quality maintained a high standard. Rating: 8/10
The food was varied, abundant, and delicious, and the restaurant environment was comfortable and hygienic. The senior waitress, Miki, was professional, polite, and attentive. The waitstaff cleared plates quickly, and food replenishment was very fast! Guests were generally well-behaved and didn't rush for food. However, I hope parents will pay attention, as young children, unsupervised by adults, frequently dropped food on the floor. Fortunately, other guests notified the waitstaff, who quickly cleaned it up! There were also instances of children directly touching food with their hands and, unable to reach glass plates, breaking them all. This kind of behavior, when unsupervised by adults, is not fostering a child's "independence"; rather, it's a neglect of supervision that affects other diners and food hygiene! I hope parents will be "responsible" adults, and then the buffet experience will be pleasant for everyone. May blessings be immeasurable!
We had a great Mother's Day celebration lunchat Marriott Marina Kitchen. Nice environment, good selection of food, staff members are all very friendly and helpful. Will visit Marina Kitchen again. 😍😋
With Easter approaching, the decorations featuring hens, roosters, and chicks are adorable. The buy-one-get-one-free offer is a great deal, and there's a wide variety of food with above-average quality. The service is okay, and it offers good value for money. Many children come here for the buffet after visiting Ocean Park, and the candy floss counter is a thoughtful touch.❤️
We frequently patronize the "Bay Restaurant" buffet. The food quality is consistently high, offering a complete selection of both Western and Chinese dishes, and the desserts are especially delightful! Additionally, Miki, a senior customer service waitress, is professional, attentive, and courteous. The other waitstaff are also very friendly and clear tables extremely quickly. The high standard of customer service is commendable!
