Shared City Transfers from Hong Kong to Galaxy Macau (via Zhuhai Bridge)

Additional Information:

• This is a one way transfer. Please book the return trip separately
• Children will be charged the same price as adults
• Please select your preferred pick up location upon booking
• You must bring your passport with Chinese and Macau visa for immigration and customs purposes. Failure to present a valid travel document and/or supporting documents will not be issued refunds
• Be mindful of your belongings at each bus stop along the route. The operator is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage of personal items
• Passengers are not allowed for stand-by at the HZMB Port of Zhuhai
• Transfers will be canceled on the same day in case of a Typhoon No. 8 and above (Red or Black Storm Warning). Passengers may contact the operator for cancellation and full refunds will be issued within 3 working days

Luggage Restrictions

• Each passenger may carry one luggage and one hand luggage on board
• The maximum size of the luggage is 64cm x 41cm x 23cm (25inch x 16inch x 9inch) and the weight should not be more than 10kg (22lbs)
• Flammable, corrosive, and explosive materials such as firearms, bombs, etc. are strictly prohibited by the Hong Kong Customs and Excise Department and the General Administration of Customs of the People's Republic of China
• Operator reserves the right to refuse carriage of overweight and oversize baggage (Width + depth + height = up to 128cm or 50 inches) and dangerous goods (Flammable, Exposable, Corrosive substances, goods of offensive nature, animal and livestock, customs prohibited items)
• An extra baggage charge of HKD50 each item shall apply to all overweight and oversized items.

Immigration Procedure:

• Around 11:00am, bus arrive and stops at Zhuhai port, passengers are required to get down the bus with all belongings and luggages for immigration purposes. Staff will wait and gether passengers, from 10:45am-11:30am, outside exit Z07 at the Passenger Clearance Building
• Staff representing Chinalink will lead passengers to 3/F for Macau immigration
• After immigrated in Macau, passengers must present their tickets to the Chinalink driver, dressed in white shirt, at departure hall (refer photo below)
• Passengers will receive a sticker upon boardon bus at HK, please stick it on clothes so to let guides recognise guests
