Audience Restrictions

• Individuals who are intoxicated or under the influence of drugs will be denied entry.
• Children under 14 years old will be denied entry. Valid identification with a birth date may be required upon entry, so please prepare it in advance.
• The performance includes stage effects and props such as strong lights, flashing, smoke, vibrations, strong magnetic fields, special odors, and sounds. Pregnant individuals or those suffering from conditions including but not limited to high blood pressure, heart disease (especially those with pacemakers), cerebrovascular disease, back or neck problems, anxiety, claustrophobia, epilepsy, or any disease affecting smell, sight, or hearing, are advised against watching this play to ensure their safety. If you insist on watching, it will be considered that you are aware of and voluntarily assume any potential risks, and the organizer and ticketing platform will not bear legal responsibility.
• Individuals with mobility impairments (e.g., physical disabilities, elderly and frail) must be accompanied by a person with full civil capacity. Please contact the theater staff in advance to arrange assistance.

Viewing Reminders

• To ensure you arrive on time and without hassle, it is recommended to choose green travel methods such as the subway or bus.
• The performance does not have fixed seating. Comfortable shoes are recommended for viewing.
• Except for special events approved by the organizer, please do not wear any character costumes, or items that are taller than your head or obstruct others' views, to avoid affecting entry.
• Please wear a mask throughout the performance. It will help you conceal your identity and explore freely.
• There is a one-on-one interactive segment during the performance. If you feel uncomfortable, you can immediately signal the actor to stop that part of the performance.
• You may leave the venue at any time during the performance, but re-entry to the performance area will not be permitted after leaving.

Prohibited Items

• The use of mobile phones or any other electronic devices is strictly prohibited in the performance area. Photography, video recording, or audio recording is not allowed without permission. Please cooperate with staff inspections and deposit other electronic devices such as cameras, smartwatches, tablets, smart glasses, etc. Please set your mobile phone and other smart devices to silent mode and place them in a special sealed bag as instructed by staff. They can only be unlocked and used after leaving the performance area.
• Smoking (including e-cigarettes) is strictly prohibited inside the theater. Dangerous items, plastic bags, food, and beverages are not allowed. Before entry, you must undergo a security check by staff, and prohibited items must be stored.
• In the event of misconduct within the theater (including but not limited to verbal abuse of performers or staff, physical altercations, disrupting the performance, damaging stage sets or props, or disobeying staff advice), you may be asked to leave the theater, and the organizer will not be liable for compensation.

Item Storage

• The theater provides free coat and storage services. Bags, luggage, heavy coats, and other prohibited items must be stored before the performance. It is recommended to travel light for smoother entry.
