2. Refund Policy: Spectators who have purchased tickets through official channels and are unable to attend due to personal reasons may request a refund according to the following rules:

• From 12:18 on July 3, 2026, to 23:59 on July 31, 2026, a 10% handling fee of the order price will be charged for refunds during this period.
• From 23:59 on July 31, 2026, to 23:59 on August 31, 2026, a 30% handling fee of the order price will be charged for refunds during this period.
• After 23:59 on August 31, 2026, refunds will no longer be accepted.

1. If spectators need to request a refund due to "force majeure factors," after presenting relevant proof and obtaining approval from the organizer, a full refund will be issued. To prevent malicious ticket purchases and refunds from disrupting the normal conduct of large-scale events, all refunds only support full order refunds; furthermore, the same purchaser and the same purchasing account, after one refund, will no longer be entitled to refund rights if they repurchase tickets for the same event.
