- The FIM Motocross World Championship (MXGP) is the highest level of motocross racing globally, alongside F1, MotoGP, and WRC, it is known as one of the world's four major motor sports events. As an international A-class event, MXGP boasts 420 million fans worldwide, bringing together top riders and manufacturers to compete in a pinnacle of speed and skill on complex and varied dirt tracks.
- The 2026 MXGP season will feature 19 rounds globally, along with the Motocross of Nations and the Junior Motocross World Championship. The Shanghai, China round is the only event held in Asia this season and is also one of the crucial battles in the final stages of the season. At that time, top riders from around the world will soar, overtake, and compete on the dirt track in Fengxian, Shanghai, with roaring engines and aerial jumps continuously unfolding. Spectators for this event do not need to select seats; they can sit in any available seat within their designated area.
Exclusive Services for VIP Zone Tickets:
- Unique Viewing Perspective: The VIP Zone is located next to the finish line slope, offering the best view of the track, where riders cross the finish line and perform jumps up close.
- Optimal Viewing Experience: The VIP Zone is equipped with comfortable seating, high-definition televisions, air conditioning, and other facilities; it also has a dedicated parking area.
- Exclusive VIP Privileges: The VIP Zone includes a luxurious buffet meticulously prepared by professional chefs, allowing guests to enjoy a rich variety of food and unlimited drinks. (Note: The VIP Zone on Friday does not offer a buffet).
- Specific Paddock Access: VIP Zone spectators can freely enter and exit the event paddock area, experience the behind-the-scenes atmosphere of the competition, and if they see their favorite riders and bikes, they can ask for photos and exchange gifts.

- For grandstand tickets, each ticket holder may bring one child under six years old (born on or after January 1, 2020). Children must enter with valid identification.

- Specific Rest Area: Platinum Zone spectators can enjoy specific lounge services, with air conditioning, fruits, and snacks available in the lounge.
- The Platinum benefits for a three-day pass include Saturday and Sunday benefits, but do not include Friday benefits.
Accessibility Services: To ensure the viewing experience for people with disabilities and those with mobility impairments, the 2026 MXGP Shanghai Organizing Committee has set up an accessible viewing area. This area is not equipped with seats and provides ample space for wheelchair users and those using mobility aids. Spectators requiring accessibility services can purchase tickets normally and contact the event organizing committee through the platform’s customer service in advance to register.
Ticket Purchase Information
- This event uses a real-name online ticketing system. Purchasers must select the relevant session on the online ticketing page and simultaneously fill in the spectator's name, ID number, and mobile phone number. Please ensure that personal information is true and accurate.
- Refund Policy: Spectators who have purchased tickets through official channels and are unable to attend due to personal reasons may request a refund according to the following rules:
- From 12:18 on July 3, 2026, to 23:59 on July 31, 2026, a 10% handling fee of the order price will be charged for refunds during this period.
- From 23:59 on July 31, 2026, to 23:59 on August 31, 2026, a 30% handling fee of the order price will be charged for refunds during this period.
- After 23:59 on August 31, 2026, refunds will no longer be accepted.
- If spectators need to request a refund due to "force majeure factors," after presenting relevant proof and obtaining approval from the organizer, a full refund will be issued. To prevent malicious ticket purchases and refunds from disrupting the normal conduct of large-scale events, all refunds only support full order refunds; furthermore, the same purchaser and the same purchasing account, after one refund, will no longer be entitled to refund rights if they repurchase tickets for the same event.
- To protect the rights and interests of the majority of fans, please purchase tickets through the channels officially announced by the MXGP China Grand Prix. Online tickets are not exchanged for physical tickets.

- This event implements a real-name system where identity documents are matched with facial recognition for entry. Spectators are requested to bring their original identity documents for verification.
- Spectators are requested to carefully read the ticket details and official announcements from the MXGP China Grand Prix. Please check in at the corresponding entrance of the venue according to the information on your ticket; otherwise, you will not be able to enter through the turnstiles.
- All spectators must hold a valid ticket for entry; there are no free entry channels.
- Please cooperate with security personnel, voluntarily undergo security checks, and queue in an orderly manner for entry.
- The ticket gate service hours are: September 11th: 9:00-16:00 September 12th: 8:30-16:00 September 13th: 8:30-16:00 (Subject to official announcements) It is recommended to arrive early to avoid peak security check times.
