after queuing 45mins to clear immigration, just simply pick up your bag which was already waiting by the side of the belt, walk out of the small arrival hall towards pillar 14, and an attendant wearing an orange t-shirt will be there. show him your qr code, and he will scan it and just board the bus. It's fast and simple especially when we did not change to vnd, and only did so when we arrive in Hanoi city as there wasn't any VP bank ATM at the airport.
Excellent. The bus was very punctual. Stepping out of Terminal 2 at Noi Bai Airport, look to your right and you'll see the bus stop at column number 14. It's a distinctive orange bus with route 86 information on the front. The luggage compartment is spacious; I brought two large suitcases for my month-long trip to Hanoi. There's no extra charge for luggage on the bus! The driver spoke a little English and was very friendly, helping me load my luggage and directing me to a location near Hanoi's Old Quarter, where I had booked my accommodation. The journey from the airport to the Old Quarter only took about 50 minutes, incredibly fast, only slightly slower than a taxi. The price was incredibly cheap considering the amenities provided. It saved you a considerable amount of money. Fantastic!
bus arrived on time. the driver was polite and helpful. fee was very cheap. recommended for those who are broke and not in a hurry.
The service was excellent, very good, and perfect for traveling to and from the city center. A staff member came directly to scan the e-ticket at pillar 15 on the 1st floor.

The ride was smooth, the driver was also thoughtful to asked if im okay standing. just that if you have a flight to catch on you need take an earlier time to have enough allowance bcs the bus doesnt come on time as scheduled perhaps due to traffic. 😚
cheap compared to taking the grab if you’re travelling solo! very easy to find too!
Easy to see where the bus is because of its color and very accessible since it was just parked across arrival. I just hope they can speak basil english so we can understand each other
Although I didn't arrive exactly on time, the journey was comfortable and cool. After showering and dragging my luggage to the bus stop, I ended up sweating so much while waiting for the bus that it was all for nothing.
