• Children aged 0-2 who do not occupy a seat are free, but for safety reasons, their participation is not recommended. If traveling with such a child, you must inform us proactively at the time of booking; if no prior notification is given and there are no remaining seats in the vehicle on the day of travel, the driver reserves the right to refuse boarding based on safety regulations. If children under 2 years old require a seat, please purchase a full-price ticket and make a note; the fare for children aged 2 (inclusive) and above is the same as for adults. Additionally, seniors aged 65 and above participating in the itinerary should assess and ensure their health condition is sound, and must be accompanied by an adult relative or friend aged 22 or older throughout the trip.
• If travelers have a history of high blood pressure, heart disease, acrophobia, asthma, epilepsy, or are pregnant, or have other physical conditions unsuitable for intense stimulation, they are strictly prohibited from registering for this experience. If a traveler deliberately conceals their health condition and insists on joining the tour, all unforeseen consequences and legal liabilities arising during the trip must be borne by the traveler themselves.
• This one-day tour is a fixed-route shared group itinerary. All travelers on the tour must cooperate with the tour guide or driver regarding the allocated time at each scenic spot. To protect the rights of all travelers, latecomers will only be waited for a maximum of 5 minutes; no waiting beyond that. Those who fail to board on time must arrange their own transportation to the next stop to rejoin the group.
• Those who are late, unable to join the tour on time due to personal reasons, or choose to withdraw early during the itinerary, will be considered as having automatically forfeited the trip, and the full cost will be deducted and not refunded. If a traveler leaves the group without authorization during the trip, in addition to not being eligible for a refund, the company will not be responsible for any personal safety or property losses incurred during that period.
• If you need to bring large luggage, please be sure to register with customer service in advance when making your reservation. During the trip, please carry your passport, cash, and valuables with you and keep them safe. Any loss, theft, or damage will be the sole responsibility of the individual. Only well-packaged light snacks or sealed beverages with lids are allowed inside the vehicle; if the interior of the vehicle is accidentally soiled, passengers will be required to pay equivalent compensation according to Japanese local vehicle cleaning standards.
• Due to uncontrollable factors such as road conditions, weather changes, and holiday crowds on the day, the arrival times and touring order of each attraction may be adjusted accordingly. According to Japanese road traffic regulations, commercial vehicles are not allowed to work more than 10 hours per day. In the event of force majeure, such as Japanese national holidays or sudden traffic jams, which lead to itinerary delays, shortened visits to attractions, or even partial cancellations, please be aware and understand. Travelers may not use this as a reason to apply for refunds, compensation, or give false negative reviews.
• This product is a shared tour service, and you will be sharing a vehicle with other travelers on the day of the tour. The vehicle model will be flexibly assigned based on the actual number of participants on the day: if the total number of people is 12 or less (excluding 12), a vehicle with 14 seats or less (including 14) will be arranged, and the driver will provide part-time guided tour services (without a separate tour guide); if the number of participants reaches 12 or more (including 12), a dedicated driver and a professional tour guide will accompany the group.
• Along the way, the accompanying staff will recommend authentic Japanese-style lunches and local specialty products (such as horse oil, ice cream, local handicrafts, etc.) based on local characteristics. These recommendations are purely for information sharing, and there are no mandatory purchases throughout the entire trip. Please feel free to choose according to your personal preferences.
• During weekends, Japan's Golden Week, or national holidays, severe traffic congestion is highly likely along popular tourist routes. Driving times are estimated to extend by 2 to 5 hours. We strongly recommend allocating ample buffer time when planning evening activities, restaurant reservations, or transportation transfers for that night.
• The cost of this one-day tour does not include any personal travel accident insurance or accidental medical insurance. Travelers are strongly advised to purchase relevant insurance before departure. Outdoor attractions and natural sightseeing involve specific potential risks; please proceed according to your capabilities and assess your own safety. Our company shall not be held legally or financially responsible for any personal injury or property loss caused by accidents, sudden illnesses, or force majeure, which are not due to our company's fault.
• As the scenery of nature varies with the four seasons, the landscape photos presented on this page are visual references of the scenic spot during its specific best viewing season. The actual scenery should be based on the real-time conditions on the day of departure, and promotional images are for reference only. Plant growth is affected by natural weather, and the flowering time may vary each year. April to May is early spring in Hokkaido, and the flowers in the park may not be fully bloomed yet. We will ensure to take you to all the attractions mentioned in the itinerary, but we cannot guarantee the real-time density of the flowers. Thank you for your understanding and patience.
• We will send you a confirmation email after 3:00 PM on the day before your trip. This email will include: meeting time, tour guide's contact information, and vehicle license plate number. Please check your inbox (it may go into your spam folder). If you use WeChat / WhatsApp / LINE, you can proactively add the tour guide based on the information in the email for timely communication.

Cancellation policy

• No refund will be issued in case of unforeseen events or extreme weather caused the following condition: Some of the activities are cancelled
• If you've participated in at least one activity, visited at least one attraction or used one of the tickets, refunds can't be issued
• Refunds or amendments can't be issued if: Participants arrive late or don't arrive at all
• Refunds can't be issued for any participants who are late by 10 minutes or more

Booking changes policy

• The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.
