Reviews summaryThe Furano-Biei trip was a highlight of our summer Hokkaido trip. Loved our tour guide Aoki! She gave such good energy and vibes the whole tour, took great photos, and never made us feel rushed. She gave great introductions and background for each stop and gave good food recommendations. She even gave out snacks at the end of the tour in consideration of us since we didn’t have dinner yet. The tour gave ample time to enjoy each tourist spot, eat local delicacies, and take photos. Flowers were so pretty in early August, and the melon at farm tomita was so addictingly sweet. We also chose this tour in particular for the Ningle terrace stop and it did not disappoint, cute cabins selling handmade crafts and a romantically lit walkway in the woods. 11/10 would recommend this tour for anyone wanting to explore Furano & Biei, especially if Aoki is your tour guide
Our tour guide, Lucy, was very professional and provided us with a lot of different information. Although our departure was delayed due to a restaurant issue during lunch, Lucy did her best to help us catch up on the itinerary, ensuring that our time visiting the flower fields and other attractions was not reduced. That was fantastic! Also, I had read reviews saying that by the time the tour reached Farm Tomita, the farm would already be closed. However, Lucy specially adjusted the itinerary, taking us to Farm Tomita first, then to Shikisai-no-Oka, Aoiike (Blue Pond), and Shirogane Falls. This allowed us to enjoy cantaloupe and lavender ice cream at Farm Tomita. The arrangements were incredibly flexible! I originally joined this day tour just for the convenience of transportation, but thanks to Lucy, I also learned about Hokkaido's history, culture, cuisine, and more. This was the best day tour I've ever taken! Thank you, Lucy!
I had a wonderful experience on this Hokkaido Summer Tour with Klook. The itinerary was well organized, and we visited many beautiful places, including flower fields, waterfalls, and the famous Blue Pond. Every stop offered stunning scenery and great photo opportunities. A special thank you to our tour guide, Mr. Andy, who was kind, friendly, and very helpful throughout the trip. He provided clear explanations, kept the tour running smoothly, and was always willing to assist guests. He also recommended some excellent local restaurants in Hokkaido, which allowed us to enjoy delicious regional specialties during our free time. Overall, it was a memorable and enjoyable experience. I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Hokkaido in the summer! 🌻🏞️✨
pick up from Odori station exit 31 is a breeze. Tour Guide Kelvin will watapps a day in advance before the trip and give you the clear direction on where to meet. he was well conversed in Chinese, English and Japanese. He was good at the history of the places we visited. Every locations, he will tell us the background and its history which is very useful! thumb up for the smooth ride and imptly get to see all the beautiful scenery in Hokkaido. ❤️
Today's tour leader was Jincheng / Eric. The entire trip was well-paced, and the leader managed time exceptionally well. He effectively used group communication apps like WhatsApp, WeChat, and Line to remind everyone of the bus return times at each attraction. He also posted bus license plate information in the group, ensuring that all tour members returned to the bus punctually at every stop, making the entire itinerary very efficient. Regarding the itinerary, apart from the patchwork road tour which was difficult to see due to heavy rain, we fully enjoyed Shikisai no Oka, the Blue Pond, the waterfall, and Farm Tomita, covering all aspects of eating, photography, and activities. As a result, the entire trip was very pleasant. Lastly, Eric's Mandarin was incredibly authentic; if you didn't know better, you'd truly think he was a tour leader from mainland China.
Visited June 16. Great tour if you want to see most of Furano/Biei! Jenny our guide was very good, she shared a lot of information and stories throughout the day. The itinerary is a bit tight, we only had a few minutes in each stop, which is unfortunate but necessary so we could visit as many places as possible. I would prefer to stay longer at Tomita Farm though, since most the flowers in Shikisai no Oka weren't in bloom yet. Great view and great day overall. Passed though locations that were part of JJ Project's Tomorrow, Today MV 💚
I and friend were happy that last minute we decided to book for a one day Furano Summer Limited tour. It ease many of our transportation and itinerary planning especially these places do not have direct access via public transport. Also many thanks to our tour guide, Hikaru who was very professional and enthusiastic to ensure we enjoyed our tour and we may brought back a good memories of Hokkaido. Highly recommended this tour.
We joined this tour specifically for the fairy terrace illumination. It was a small group of about 20 people, so it wasn't chaotic. Since we departed at 11 AM, our first stop was for lunch. The tour guide seemed worried about running out of time later and kept insisting that this was the only place to buy food and eat. However, there were ice cream and specialty snacks available at Shikisai no Oka and Farm Tomita. I don't recommend the lavender ice cream at the herb garden; it wasn't as good as the one at Farm Tomita. Afterward, perhaps because the guide was concerned about returning to Sapporo too late, the time allocated for each stop was very tightly managed. Even though we were told we'd have 50 minutes, the timer started before we even reached the destination, effectively cutting 5 minutes short. We eventually returned to Sapporo at 9 PM. While the time management was excellent, we didn't feel like we had enough time to fully enjoy ourselves. The only positive aspect of the guide was their excellent and clear explanations in both Chinese and English.
Aoki has been a very nice guide .. explained about the places and gave us many new information. an expert photographer. the trip was arranged very well.. managed to cover all the places.. definitely a must book activity
I participated in a Hokkaido day tour and visited Farm Tomita in Furano. Unfortunately, the flowers weren't in full bloom yet. However, the scenery at Biei, the Blue Pond, Shirogane Blue Pond, Shikisai no Oka, and Ningle Terrace was absolutely beautiful. Our tour guide, Ms. Chen Ling, was lively, polite, and very attentive to the group members. For example, when the weather suddenly turned cold in the evening, she reminded us to put on more clothes. The Japanese driver, though young, was an excellent driver—fast yet steady. The tour bus was new and clean, making it a very pleasant and comfortable day trip.
