- A seat is reserved for every guest, though you are free to move around the ship and watch the fireworks from your preferred viewing spot.
Things to note
- If the fireworks festival is cancelled, the cruise will also be cancelled, and a full refund will be issued. Please note that the cruise cannot be rescheduled to another date.
- The cruise will operate in light rain. Guests are advised to bring appropriate rain gear if wet weather is expected.
- No refunds will be provided for cancellations due to personal circumstances after the booking has been confirmed, including changes to travel plans or illness.
- Heavy traffic congestion and road closures are expected around Kagoshima Port on the day of the festival. We strongly recommend using public transportation and allowing extra time for travel.
- Every effort will be made to position the vessel for the best possible fireworks viewing experience. However, visibility may be affected by weather conditions, such as fog, or by the presence of other vessels in the area. Thank you for your understanding.
