Wonderful experience!! Fantastic view with a beautiful garden. We did some experiences like archery. It was so much fun (and only ¥500!)
We happened to run into a tour group, which completely blocked the entrance. If you buy tickets here, you don't need to exchange them for physical tickets; just tell the staff, and you can go straight in. It's great not having to wait in line, haha. They have two types of mochi and Sakurajima coffee here, which are pretty good; you can give them a try. You can also see Sakurajima in the distance. The garden itself is quite impressive; if I had such a large garden and house, I'd probably get lost at home every day, haha.
One of Kagoshima's must-visit attractions. The scenery is beautiful, and you can sit on the grass to view Sakurajima. You can also take photos of trains and the volcano in the same frame. My favorite part is the cat shrine inside; go get a blessing for your cat!
I visited with anticipation and was surprised to see such a wonderfully stunning sight. I was surprised that I had to stand in line to buy tickets at the ticket booth kiosk, but with Klook, I was able to scan the QR code on the voucher and enter immediately, which saved time and was appealing as it allowed me to use it like a fast pass.
We took the Shinkansen from Kumamoto and arrived in Kagoshima. We recommend taking a taxi as the fastest way to reach your destination! (approximately ¥1400) As soon as you enter, you'll see an amazing giant radish! It's like a very large leisure square, and the landscaping has a wonderland feel. Slowly walk along the stone paths, enjoying every wonderful moment. The stone cat statues at the cat shrine are also very cute and amusing.
Purchasing tickets in advance allows you to enter the park directly via QR code, which is really convenient because you don't have to wait in line to buy tickets on site. It's very comfortable to stroll around the park, and Sakurajima is right across the sea, so you can see it very clearly.
You can get there by JR. The park is very large, and buying tickets online in advance is about 20 NTD cheaper than buying them at the gate.
It's quite worth it; you can see the Sakurajima volcano, and it's interesting to stroll around inside.

The palace was built in 1658 by Mitsuhisa, the 19th head of the Shimazu family, as a villa for the Shimazu family, and during the reign of Tadayoshi, the 29th head of the Shimazu family, it temporarily served as the main residence, and was also used as a "guest house" for inviting dignitaries from Japan and abroad. Enjoy the beautiful decorations inside the residence and the spectacular view of Sakurajima from the building. In addition, Sengan-en Garden, which covers an area of 50,000 square meters, is dotted with various attractions such as history, culture, and nature
