Reviews
I am writing to demand an immediate refund due to a serious breach of contract regarding my booking (VND 636,000). As shown in the attached photo, I booked and paid for an 11-seat Limousine. However, for both trips (Hanoi to Hai Phong and back), I was forced to ride in a 45-seat bus. This is a complete scam (bait-and-switch). I paid for a premium service but received a standard bus instead. Please process a full refund of VND 636,000 immediately and confirm once it is done.
