However, for both trips (Hanoi to Hai Phong and back), I was forced to ride in a 45-seat bus. This is a complete scam (bait-and-switch). I paid for a premium service but received a standard bus instead. Please process a full refund of VND 636,000 immediately and confirm once it is done.
