A must-try in Hanoi! The staff are very warm and accomodating. When we arrived at the spa, they gave us slippers and welcome tea. Then they asked us to choose which oil we would like to be used in our massage. After that we were lead to the elevator and when we got to our floor, the masseurs greeted us and showed us to our room. It’s a huge room, neat and cozy. The massage was great and one of the best that I had! This is my second time in Hanoi, and I booked the 75-minute Vietnamese massage here because of the great reviews. I was offered tea at the start and asked to write down on a form the areas I wanted them to focus on, areas to avoid, and my preferred pressure. Then, I chose an oil scent from four options. My therapist was a woman named "MAI," and she was excellent. It was perfect for me as I like a stronger massage. I drifted off to sleep many times during the blissful session. I've been to other spas in Hanoi before, and had massages in other countries, but this was the best I've ever had. The reception staff were all friendly and welcoming, and I appreciated the tea and cookies after the treatment. The spa itself is very clean and beautiful. I booked another session for the next day after my treatment, which I will write about in my next review. Highly recommended!

The receptionist was very polite, and the masseuse provided a very comfortable massage with just the right amount of pressure, which was incredibly relaxing. The environment was clean and hygienic. Upon arrival, the receptionist immediately offered us tea and small towels to clean our hands, and provided a detailed explanation of the services. After the session, we were also offered cookies and tea to rehydrate. The entire experience was excellent, and we will definitely be back.

It was my first time getting a Vietnamese massage, and I was a bit nervous, but the therapist's treatment and cheerful service put me at ease, allowing me to relax completely. When I arrived at the shop that day, it was very popular, and they were turning away walk-ins, so I was glad I had booked my time and date in advance through Klook. I recommend booking early, as I wouldn't have been able to get a reservation if I had tried to book on the same day. I got to choose my favorite aroma and picked lemongrass. Surrounded by the scent of lemongrass, I was able to relieve a lot of fatigue at the end of my trip and had a wonderful time. I chose the middle option for massage strength from the three available, but it felt quite strong, so those who prefer a lighter touch might want to choose the weaker option.

This is my go-to shop for four years now. As soon as I arrive in Hanoi, my first stop is always La Flora, haha! They're always friendly and greet me with a smile, and there are no inflated prices or forced tips. Most importantly, the massage satisfaction is very high! The shop is also clean and well-maintained, and they do great nails and pedicures. My hands and feet are too ugly to post pictures, lol, but I got a cat-eye design this time, and it was amazing to get Korean-quality work (usually $60-$70) for just $15! This is one of the best spas I found on Klook. I get a massage here every time I go to Hanoi. The therapists and reception are very nice. The location is also great, next to the St. Joseph Cathedral, and I think it's quite reasonable for a spa of this level. Great value for money.

Located in an excellent spot next to the church, the front desk staff were friendly, polite, and enthusiastic. It was fully booked on Friday afternoon, but after inquiring, they arranged an opening for 8 PM. The masseuse was highly skilled, and the massage was very relaxing and stress-relieving.

The store is located in a prime location next to the Hanoi Old Church. It is easy to find, but the space is limited and a bit cramped. If you look at the price, the C/P value is really good.

La Flora is really nice spa but I guess my massage therapist was already tired as we have booked the 8:30pm slot. I requested moderate but the pressure was on the soft side. On the brighter side, the pressure and flow was consistent and it was still a relaxing experience.
