The vehicle was quite old and lacked air-conditioning; but the driver waited for us at the hotel on time and sent us to the hotel in Kaohsiung from the Kenting hotel. It would be better if the vehicle could be improved.

They said they would contact me by 9 the day before pickup, but they arrived at almost 12 ㅠ_ㅠ While waiting, I was anxious that I might have missed something.. They told me to send an email to the company if I didn't hear from them, but I didn't get a reply or answer my calls, maybe because all the employees had left work....;;; But luckily they contacted me, and the driver arrived right on time! It took about 50 minutes to get to Donggang Ferry Terminal, and I was able to make and return without a hitch!

When placing an order on KLook, I indicated the pick-up location and time, and the charter company would contact me a few days before departure. The driver informed me of the license plate number and whether we needed to leave early the night before departure. On that day, the driver was waiting for us at the hotel ten minutes earlier. He chatted with us along the way and recommended must-buy and must-eat places in Xiaoliuqiu. He was very talkative and polite, and drove steadily. If you don’t want to share a car or take the bus when you set out, and want to save time waiting for traffic, I suggest you consider chartering a car.

The driver's brother will call the day before and show up on time the next day. We are used to calling Klook's shuttle bus no matter domestic or foreign! This time, it is from the hotel to Donggang to Xiaoliuqiu! Really convenient!

I used a private pickup because I was 8, 7 and 5 years old and two buses for sign language. I was relieved that the company sent me a katok in advance and told me what time it was when I arrived at the airport. The driver was kind and the driving was ok. But I thought it was free because the price of the car seat could not be paid. The picture was taken near the airport on my way to Kenting after entry.

The driver picked us up from our hotel and dropped us off at the next hotel. We contacted the manager via Line, as requested in the procedure, and they sent us a photo of the vehicle and its license plate. We were able to communicate in English on Line. We don't regret using this transfer service and will use it again in the future if the opportunity arises.

Even though my flight was canceled due to a typhoon in Taiwan and I arrived a day late, everyone from the office to the drivers responded kindly and changed my reservation. After boarding at Kaohsiung Airport, my arrival time in Kenting coincided with dinner, but the driver was a local Kenting driver, so he introduced me to a local restaurant, helped me order, and even ate with me. He also provided a lot of help via text message after the ride, which was great. It was a trip that started off on the right foot.
