1. This product is a shared ride service. To protect the rights of other passengers, please arrive at the meeting point 10-15 minutes before the scheduled meeting time. No waiting will be provided for latecomers. Latecomers cannot use this as a reason to request order modification, cancellation, or refund.
2. The minimum number of people for departure is 4. If the minimum number is not met the day before the trip, you will be notified that this order has been canceled.
3. This product is a shared ride service, and you will be sharing a vehicle with other passengers. The actual shuttle arrangements will be adjusted based on road conditions and passenger numbers on the day of service. Pick-up points and times may be flexibly arranged to two meeting locations, and there may be a waiting time of approximately 10-20 minutes on site. If there are any changes, we will notify you in advance. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
4. Our company will arrange and adjust the vehicle pick-up and drop-off times based on the passenger's pick-up location and traffic conditions on the day of travel, and will proactively inform the guest one day in advance.
5. Due to sea conditions, ship schedules may change; dispatchers will adjust the time with guests, so please ensure your contact information is accessible.
6. If you wish to bring a stroller, please inquire about storage space before booking: service@routortravel.com
7. The dispatch manager will contact guests before 6:00 PM on the day before the ride and ask them to join the official LINE account for dispatch to facilitate the provision of subsequent shuttle information. If you fill in a Taiwanese mobile number on the payment page, you will be notified by SMS or phone call. If it is an international mobile number, you will be contacted via email or instant messaging software (WhatsApp). If you do not receive relevant messages, please feel free to contact us at service@routortravel.com.
8. Driver information will be provided approximately 1 hour before departure; if you have not received your ride information, please inquire by email.
9. According to Taiwanese law, children aged 0-4 must use an approved child safety seat based on their age and body type when traveling in a vehicle. If you are traveling with children, it is recommended to book a child safety seat in advance.
10. Child seats are available upon request. Please note: 1 child seat is equivalent to 1 passenger.
