Explore the reinvigorated forecourt, where you’ll encounter an extraordinary new art commission above the entrance, as well as the beautifully refurbished Grand Courts, housing artworks from our international and Australian collections; and then the 20th-century galleries, featuring renowned works from our contemporary collection.

A very good tour that will explain the architecture of the sydney gallery building itself PLUS the story behind the key works within. Our tourguide was able to tell the story of how australian art evolved from the first settlers, and eventually the recognition of the first nation people's art. A 10% discount in the shops is also included.
