How do I activate my Klook Sydney Pass?

To activate your pass, go to 'My bookings' in your account, then select your first attraction visit. Please be aware that you will need to book a time slot for some activities which require reservation in advance, and you will be able to check the attraction time slot booking upon clicking the attraction. If you purchased multiple passes, you will need to activate each pass and reserve the visit date / time slot separately for each pass.

How much can I save with the Klook Pass Sydney?

The Klook Pass Sydney is a multiple attraction ticket that allows you to get up to 36% OFF from original prices when you combine unmissable Sydney attractions and iconic landmarks!

When can I purchase the Klook Pass Sydney and when does it expire?

You can purchase the Klook Pass Sydney anytime during the year, whether that be during the school holidays or just over the weekend! This Sydney attractions pass is valid for 6 months from 23:59 of the redemption/activation date.

Do I need to book a time slot in advance?

Yes, you will need to activate your pass and make a reservation to guarantee your entry due to capacity restrictions time slots. Please be aware that some activities may still have capacity restrictions which affects the number of free time slots available. The time to guarantee entry may depend on the activity.

Can I buy a child ticket?

Yes, child tickets are eligible for children aged 4 to 12. Please see eligibility criteria under each package to guarantee your entry.

Do I have to visit all the attractions in one day?

No, you need not visit all your attractions in one day. You may use your Sydney multi-attraction ticket within 2 months from the date of purchase, provided you've made your time slot reservation.

Can I cancel my attraction tickets and get a refund?

Refunds are available only for passes that have not been activated. Passes are non-refundable once activated.

What is included in the Klook Pass Sydney ticket?

Where are the activities located?

Many of our activities are conveniently located around the CBD and the Darling Harbour. For example, you could take a short walk from Town Hall Station to arrive at SEA Life Sydney Aquarium. You may refer to the Package Details upon reserving your activities for more information on how to get there. Alternatively, you can also hop on our Big Bus Tour to take a trip around multiple landmarks scattered throughout Sydney!

How do I enter the attractions upon arrival?

In most cases, you will just need to simply present your e-voucher at the entrance in order to enter. However, please be aware that certain attractions may require prior reservation or special reservation procedures. Please check the activities’ official website for more information on this.
