Absolutely lovely stay and I am very picky! I will definetly be back!

Best hotel with great price and great location. High ceiling . Clean bathroom. Usual coffe maker, iron , hairdyer , hangers facility. No microwave. Its fine theres so many cafe restaurant etc around. So many restaurants snack everything you need . Next door to nice thai restaurant that open until late night and not far from there some dessert korean or japanese cafe .Will definitely back again when im visiting Sydney. Closeby to public transport like bus stop at Barlow St goes to Martin Place . Or L3 L2 to circular quay and Central station for going to Airport, Hop and Off Big Bus Tour at Eddy Exit at Central station etc Love it Unfortunately the person next door keep banging open closed their door and the sounds is so loud. Im sure theyre from some village having lame door on their house that didnt even understand how to close your door properly slow and quitely and thingking better to slam the door to make it works/closed properly.

Location is perfect! it is very close to Central Station and Haymarket/Chinatown light rail station so it was easy to go around the city. There’s a woolies nearby. The room is very spacious, comfortable, and clean. It was big enough for us to open all our luggages at the same time and still be able to walk around. Check in and check out was fast and smooth. Very helpful and approachable staff at the reception. The bathroom was very clean as well. the shampoo and body wash smelled sooo good! The only thing we wish they had in the room was a safe. But overall, 5 stars!! Would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at The Ultimo. They had clean facilities and well ventilated hallways which are not commonly found in other hotel businesses. When we were around, unfortunately the elevator was not working so we had to use the stairs but the staff were very willing to lend us a hand with our luggage. Overall it was a lovely stay. Will recommend to travellers looking for a place near food options and the metro.

near central station and opposite Haymarket and rate is reasonable

Great location & easily accessible to cafes, shops & supermarket. Comfortable bed & stable WiFi. Very easy to travel to CBD & Darling Harbour by walking or trams.
