Very good trip but schedule is a bit tight, smooth ride with very friendly and supportive tour guide. Meeting point location is a bit confusing with all the name of the places mixed up on the brochure. Best to scan the QR code for location and try to get there early.

I had such a wonderful experience on the Mt. Fuji tour (18 Oct)!❤️ Our guide Tim was incredibly kind, informative, and helpful throughout the day. I really appreciated all the local recommendations and useful tips, especially for avoiding tourist traps and discovering more authentic places. What made the experience even more special was that they continued sharing recommendations even after the tour, which was so thoughtful plus gave us a postcard as a souvenir. 💝He also shared some lovely photos and were always quick to respond to any questions. You can really tell he genuinely care about the guests and want them to have the best possible experience, even beyond the tour itself. It was a thoroughly well organised tour. Our guide (Tim san, as seen in the 6th photo holding a pink panther ‘flag’) was extremely polite, helpful, and engaging. He recommended many dos and donts, which were cherry on the cake. Even the lady bus driver was sweet and professional. Overall, we had a great time, and would highly recommend booking this service.

Participating in the October 22nd Mount Fuji day tour was an overall extremely satisfying experience! Tour Guide Xiao Yu was professional, attentive, and had an excellent grasp of the itinerary and each attraction. Not only were the explanations along the way clear, but the time spent at each stop was also well-managed, making the entire journey smooth and fulfilling. Especially praiseworthy is Xiao Yu's outstanding time management skills. Transportation connections were seamless, and the schedule was efficiently arranged. Even when visiting multiple attractions in a single day, tour quality and sightseeing time were well-balanced, without making anyone feel rushed or exhausted. From professional commentary to on-site adaptability, one could truly feel the guide's rich experience and dedicated, responsible attitude. This was not just a trip to enjoy the beautiful scenery of Mount Fuji, but a reassuring, comfortable, and delightful travel experience. I chose this tour because I wanted to visit both Oishi Park and Mt. Fuji 5th Station, and I was very satisfied! The bus was comfortable, and the guide was fluent in both Chinese and Korean, so I could enjoy the trip without any inconvenience. We were the only Koreans on the tour, so the guide explained the attractions to the other participants first, then came to our seats to give us a separate explanation, which was great. Thanks to their tips on photo spots, souvenir recommendations, and food suggestions, we were able to enjoy the attractions even more! I booked a package that didn't include the cable car ticket, but with the guide's help, I was able to purchase a ticket on-site. The view of Mt. Fuji and the lake from Mt. Kachi Kachi was truly beautiful. The reason I wanted to visit Oishi Park at this time of year was because it was lavender season! The park was full of lavender, and it was so pretty. The park wasn't as big as I expected, so I didn't feel rushed while looking around and taking photos. I did wish I could have stayed a bit longer in Kawaguchiko village to eat, shop, and see the ponds. I was most looking forward to Mt. Fuji 5th Station, but unfortunately, the weather was cloudy, so I couldn't see Mt. Fuji clearly, which was a bit disappointing. I'd love to join a Mt. Fuji tour again when the weather is good, and I was so satisfied that I'd want to book this tour again. Especially thanks to our kind guide, I'd really like to do so! This one-day tour was the highlight of my Tokyo trip, and it definitely didn't disappoint! Sure, the early start was a bit tiring, but our guide made the bus ride super engaging with fun stories about Japanese culture and Mt. Fuji, so the journey flew by. The air at the scenic spots was incredibly fresh, and the views were absolutely breathtaking. Seeing Mt. Fuji in person—something I’d only ever seen in photos—was even more majestic than I imagined. We were so lucky with the perfect weather and a crystal-clear view of the summit! Every single spot looks like a postcard. Highly recommend this for anyone who loves taking photos!

We had a wonderful experience with our tour to Hakone, Lake Ashi, and Enoshima. Our guide, Antong, was fantastic—friendly, knowledgeable, and organized from start to finish. She communicated clearly throughout the day, kept everyone on schedule, and made sure we had enough time to enjoy each stop without feeling rushed. She also shared helpful tips and interesting information that made the experience even more enjoyable. The only caveat was that we didn’t get to see Mt. Fuji, but What really stood out, though, was Antong’s kindness and professionalism. At our last stop, my daughter got lost and ended up running late, and Antong patiently waited for us and made sure we were all safely back before departing. We truly appreciated her care and understanding. Thank you to Antong and the bus company for a smooth, well-organized tour. We had an amazing day and would definitely recommend this tour to anyone visiting Japan!
