I had some reservations when booking due to the rather rainy weather in recent days, but I ended up loving the excursion! The main factor in its success was undoubtedly Aoi, our guide, who stood out for her insight, relevance, patience, and especially her humor. We even had the chance to glimpse Mount Fuji for part of the trip. The food was good, and Aoi gave us valuable tips to maximize our time. A wonderful way to discover rural Japan, local daily life, and the country's mountainous landscapes. I wholeheartedly recommend it, especially with Aoi as your guide: 100% with lots of laughs!

I chose this tour because I wanted to visit both Oishi Park and Mt. Fuji 5th Station, and I was very satisfied! The bus was comfortable, and the guide was fluent in both Chinese and Korean, so I could enjoy the trip without any inconvenience. We were the only Koreans on the tour, so the guide explained the attractions to the other participants first, then came to our seats to give us a separate explanation, which was great. Thanks to their tips on photo spots, souvenir recommendations, and food suggestions, we were able to enjoy the attractions even more! I booked a package that didn't include the cable car ticket, but with the guide's help, I was able to purchase a ticket on-site. The view of Mt. Fuji and the lake from Mt. Kachi Kachi was truly beautiful. The reason I wanted to visit Oishi Park at this time of year was because it was lavender season! The park was full of lavender, and it was so pretty. The park wasn't as big as I expected, so I didn't feel rushed while looking around and taking photos. I did wish I could have stayed a bit longer in Kawaguchiko village to eat, shop, and see the ponds. I was most looking forward to Mt. Fuji 5th Station, but unfortunately, the weather was cloudy, so I couldn't see Mt. Fuji clearly, which was a bit disappointing. I'd love to join a Mt. Fuji tour again when the weather is good, and I was so satisfied that I'd want to book this tour again. Especially thanks to our kind guide, I'd really like to do so! We had such a fantastic experience on this tour. Despite the weather not being particularly kind to us and Mount Fuji deciding to stay hidden for the day, we still got to see and do so much and had a genuinely brilliant day. A huge part of that was down to our guide, Erik. He was fantastic throughout, sharing so many interesting insights, stories and pieces of history along the way. It added so much to the experience and really made the day for us. What surprised us most was just how much you get to experience on this tour. Even without seeing Fuji, we came away feeling like we’d had a really full and memorable day rather than feeling as though we’d missed out. And actually, we’re not disappointed that Fuji didn’t make an appearance, because now we have the perfect excuse to come back! When we do, we’ll be much better prepared and fully armed with all the tips on what to do, what not to do and how to make the most of the area, thanks to Erik. An excellent guide. Thank you, Erik!

We had an amazing time on the Hakone & Mt. Fuji tour, and a huge thank you to our tour guide, Captain Jack, for making the whole trip so enjoyable! He was with us throughout the entire journey, making sure everyone was comfortable, having fun, and knew what was happening at each stop. We visited beautiful Hakone, went to the volcanic area where we tried the famous black eggs, enjoyed the scenery around Lake Yamanaka, and even got to feed the ducks. We also had a delicious Japanese eel meal, which was definitely one of the highlights of the day! Captain Jack was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and had a great sense of humor. Having him with us for the entire trip made everything feel easy and relaxed. He really went above and beyond to make sure we had a memorable experience. Highly recommend this tour, especially if you’re lucky enough to have Captain Jack as your guide! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Today, I joined the Mount Fuji Scenic Photography Day Tour, and it was an amazing experience! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Our tour guide, Xiangxiang, was incredibly professional and friendly. Throughout the trip, she meticulously explained the history of each attraction and the best photo spots, and even proactively helped everyone take group photos – so thoughtful! The driver was also very steady and safe, making the entire journey comfortable. The itinerary covered Chureito Pagoda, Kawaguchiko Oishi Park, Oshino Hakkai, INS Lawson, and Hikawa Clock Shop. Each stop was perfectly arranged, with plenty of time without feeling rushed. Although the weather was changeable today, we were lucky enough to capture photos of Mount Fuji, which was incredibly satisfying! I highly recommend this tour to anyone looking for an easy way to explore Mount Fuji. I'll definitely choose Klook again on my next trip to Japan!

I’ve done a Mount Fuji day trip prior to this and I 100% prefer this small car tour over a big bus tour. It felt like we had a good amount of time at each location and we didn’t feel rushed at all. we could enjoy each stop without feeling stressed. driver had good communication via what’s app.
