we had a great experience on this tour! the itinerary was spaced out just right for you to be able to do what you need in each stop. we also got very lucky that Fuji-san showed up that day. shoutout to our guide Dylan for making sure that everyone’s experience was enjoyable and comfortable!

It was a thoroughly well organised tour. Our guide (Tim san, as seen in the 6th photo holding a pink panther ‘flag’) was extremely polite, helpful, and engaging. He recommended many dos and donts, which were cherry on the cake. Even the lady bus driver was sweet and professional. Overall, we had a great time, and would highly recommend booking this service.

Signing up for this Mount Fuji day trip was an overall fantastic experience. Although the weather that day was a bit unstable with some light rain along the way, which prevented some of the views from being as clear as they would be on a sunny day, our driver, Lao Zhang, was very friendly the entire trip and patiently explained local attractions and weather conditions to help us better understand the itinerary. Additionally, the driver recommended some great restaurants based on our preferences. The recommended food was delicious, allowing us to enjoy local cuisine during our trip. The entire itinerary was arranged smoothly, the driver's driving was very steady, and the overall atmosphere was relaxed and pleasant. Even though we didn't have the ideal weather this time, the driver's excellent service attitude made this Mount Fuji trip a wonderful memory. If I have the opportunity to travel to Tokyo again next time, I would gladly choose this tour again.

The tour guide (Virginia) was incredible!!!! She was always looking after everyone in the tour. She also explained in detail all the different points of interests, locations, and she was very knowledgeable and prepared to answer all our questions. Very good trip but schedule is a bit tight, smooth ride with very friendly and supportive tour guide. Meeting point location is a bit confusing with all the name of the places mixed up on the brochure. Best to scan the QR code for location and try to get there early.

great trip and very beautiful place, I recommend it for everyone visiting japan. The driver is very cooperative and it is the best thing if you doing like being in big groups.

The driver provided excellent service. They could communicate in English, drove respectfully according to traffic laws, managed time well, and took us to all the places we wanted to visit. Thank you very much for today's trip.

I joined this tour because it completely incorporated all the places I wanted to visit. It was a bilingual tour in English and Chinese, with participants being about 80% English speakers and 20% Chinese speakers. The bus interior was very quiet, and thanks to the bus departing on time, we were able to board the ropeway smoothly without any wait time. By the time we came down the mountain, the line at the ropeway station had become enormous. The amount of time allocated to each sightseeing spot was just right—neither too short nor too long. The guide was extremely knowledgeable about the itinerary and provided helpful announcements at each point, such as advising us by what minute we should take the ropeway back down, or suggesting that if we wanted to get soft-serve ice cream, we should buy it before taking surrounding photos. They were also very kind, offering to take photos and responding quickly via WeChat even while sightseeing. Thanks to everything running on schedule, despite it being a Sunday, we arrived back at Tokyo Station by 5:30 PM, allowing us to also enjoy a night out sightseeing in Tokyo!

I had such a wonderful experience on the Mt. Fuji tour (18 Oct)!❤️ Our guide Tim was incredibly kind, informative, and helpful throughout the day. I really appreciated all the local recommendations and useful tips, especially for avoiding tourist traps and discovering more authentic places. What made the experience even more special was that they continued sharing recommendations even after the tour, which was so thoughtful plus gave us a postcard as a souvenir. 💝He also shared some lovely photos and were always quick to respond to any questions. You can really tell he genuinely care about the guests and want them to have the best possible experience, even beyond the tour itself.
