• According to Japanese charter vehicle industry regulations: all travel time (including uncontrollable delays such as traffic jams, road closures, and temporary controls) will be counted towards the charter service hours. If overtime is incurred due to traffic congestion, an additional fee will be charged as per regulations (5000 JPY/hour, paid directly to the driver).
• To ensure a good riding environment, please do not eat or drink in the vehicle, and please dispose of your trash yourself. If the seats, carpets, or interior of the vehicle are soiled, you will need to pay a vehicle cleaning fee based on the actual quote from a professional company.
• If you need to adjust or change order information after booking, please notify us at least two days before your trip. We regret that we cannot accommodate change requests made on the day before or on the day of vehicle use. Thank you for your understanding.
• The chartered car service time is 10 hours per day. During the chartered car service, you cannot temporarily suspend the use of the car or delay the restart of the service. If the customer ends the trip early during the chartered car service, no refund will be given, and it cannot be used on the next day.
• If your departure/arrival location is not within Tokyo city, then 2 hours will be deducted from the driver's empty run one-way. Customer service will calculate your vehicle usage time based on your itinerary. Please be sure to contact customer service in advance and provide the correct pick-up and drop-off address.
• Departure time cannot be adjusted on the day of travel (for example: if a 10:00 AM departure was booked the day before, and the vehicle use is delayed by 1 hour on the day due to customer factors, the chartered car time will still be calculated starting from 10:00 AM).
• Charter services do not include guided tours inside attractions; the driver will wait for you outside the attraction. If you require a guided tour, please be sure to inform customer service in advance. Service fees, attraction tickets, and parking fees will be charged separately. Thank you for your understanding.
• If the number of people in the group or the amount of luggage exceeds the approved capacity of the booked vehicle, the driver has the right to refuse service, and no refunds will be processed in this situation.

Prohibitions & Limitations

• This activity is not recommended for anyone with impaired physical mobility
• Participants who appear intoxicated may be refused service. In this case, no refunds will be given
• Please dress accordingly depending on the day's weather conditions
• It is your responsibility to inform the operator if you have any special health conditions. The operator is not responsible for any adverse effects which may arise from any treatment.

Vehicle & luggage info

• The driver has the right to refuse a reservation if the group size or luggage exceeds the capacity of the reserved vehicle. In this case, no refunds will be issued

• You'll get confirmation within minutes. If you don't see any confirmation, reach out to our customer support.

Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
• In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
• Partial refund will be issued in case of unforeseen events or extreme weather caused the following condition: Some of the activities are cancelled
• Vouchers can be used any time within the validity period. Refunds can't be made once it has been redeemed or has expired.
• Full refunds will only be issued for unsuccessful or rejected bookings
• Be aware that the approval of reschedules, amendments or refunds are subject to availability
• Refunds or amendments can't be issued if: Participants arrive late or don't arrive at all

Booking changes policy

• Change are allowed until 1 day(s) before activity starts
• The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.
• The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.
• Bookings made using SG Culture Pass or Taiwan Culture Points cannot be changed.

Usage validity

• The voucher is valid only on the specified date (and time if applicable)
