This was my first time dining at Yeung Yuet Lau. I really wanted a window seat to enjoy the full view, but since it was full, the staff seated us against the wall, which was still great. My personal favorite was the BBQ pork and jellyfish; the BBQ pork was incredibly delicious, perfectly balanced between lean and fatty, tender yet with a good texture—just like the old days 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻. The crispy shrimp balls with imperial sauce were appetizing, and the almond tea with egg white was delightfully sweet and smooth. Definitely worth trying.

This was my first time visiting for the lunch buffet since the restaurant renovation, and it was for a friend's birthday. The food quality was very high, with oysters, king crab legs, sashimi, chilled shrimp, and chilled conch available. While the variety wasn't extensive, freshness was paramount. It was a shame that on a Saturday, the restaurant was only about half full; I hope business improves in the future. The biggest surprise was the bar staff, who made specialty drinks for guests on the spot. Besides regular coffee or tea, she could also prepare iced lattes (no ice, no sugar) or coffee tonics. My friends and I were all very happy, eating and chatting slowly from 12 PM to 2:30 PM. It was a great weekend activity, and I highly recommend everyone try it!

The hotel's Japanese robatayaki offers a wide variety of food options, with over thirty items available for all-you-can-eat. The overall taste is quite good. The standout dishes are the grilled beef (all-you-can-eat) and the pineapple sorbet (one serving per person). You can dine from 12:00 PM to 2:30 PM, which is plenty of time, and it also includes one non-alcoholic drink. The staff are friendly and polite, constantly refilling tea and changing plates. It's truly satisfying to enjoy such a great value lunch on a weekend!

I've always wanted to bring my husband to Felix for the experience. Many years ago, my sister and I came here for drinks, and at the time, I felt the place was quite dark and not as beautiful as I'd imagined. My memory might be a bit hazy now, so this time I specifically came with my husband to celebrate my birthday, and it was a wonderful experience. As soon as we entered the hotel lobby, the lobby manager escorted us directly to the elevator up to the restaurant, and then arranged a window seat for us, which was very thoughtful. Although I specifically called ahead to arrange it, the hotel did their best to accommodate my request, so I was very satisfied. As for the food, it was, of course, exceptional. The seafood in the seafood tower was very fresh. The dish that truly amazed me was the hot appetizer—the duck breast. The skin was crispy, and the meat inside was tender, almost like eating roast goose, not at all like the dry texture usually associated with duck breast. It was incredibly delicious. Besides that, the ambiance was excellent; we enjoyed our meal while looking out at the night sea view. All the staff that evening were very friendly, and finally, they presented me with birthday chocolates. It was truly a perfect start to the evening and a wonderful dining experience. This was my first time enjoying this set meal, and I was very pleasantly surprised. The food quality was high, and the portions were generous. The set meal for five was more than enough, and the food was delicious. The staff were enthusiastic and polite. The restaurant is very large, with an antique and elegant decor, and it's very quiet. The tables are well-separated, providing plenty of private space. The price is very reasonable. I would definitely recommend it to friends, and I will consider dining here again myself.

The seafood was incredibly fresh, and cold dishes like oysters and bread crabs were replenished extremely quickly; I never saw an empty platter. The hot food selection was diverse, and whether it was roasted beef, roasted lamb leg, flavorful cooked dishes, or delicate dim sum, the seasoning was perfect. You could really feel the dedication of the culinary team. The dessert section was the perfect ending, with a wide selection of ice cream and various exquisite mini cakes, all of which were on par with high-end dessert shops. In summary: The Astor demonstrates exceptionally high standards in terms of ambiance, service, and food, offering excellent value for money. This is definitely a dining experience that makes you want to return again. I highly recommend it to all friends who appreciate great food and excellent service!

On May 29th, we visited the Kowloon Whampoa Harbour Grand Hotel to enjoy a lavish buffet lunch (12:00 PM - 2:30 PM). The price was reasonable and offered excellent value for money. There was a wide variety of food, and the quality and taste were guaranteed to be delicious. The hotel staff and servers provided excellent service. We've dined here many times and have never been dissatisfied. Our table was conveniently located near the food, which was perfect as one of our party was an elderly person who requested easy access to the buffet. The environment was pleasant with bright natural light from the floor-to-ceiling windows, though the air conditioning was slightly insufficient, which wasn't a major issue. Regarding the food, there was roast beef, which is my favorite, as well as salmon sashimi, octopus, fresh scallops, and fresh red shrimp—all fresh and varied. The cakes and desserts were satisfying. There was a slight shortage of cutlery, but it was replenished quickly, perhaps because the kitchen couldn't wash and replace it fast enough. Overall, I give it a five-star rating; it was a satisfactory experience.

The Hong Kong Ocean Park Marriott Hotel's buffet, "Steaming Hot All-You-Can-Eat Lobster, Unbeatable!" is the ultimate choice for a satisfying and abundant buffet. The food selection is rich and delicious, featuring both Chinese and Western dishes, and the buy-one-get-one-free price offers great value! However, because all the food options are incredibly tempting, even though I come here to enjoy the dinner buffet once or twice a month, I truly can't try everything! So, don't worry about the line for the "hot lobster" being longer than an army; many people, including myself, only eat half or one lobster. The reason is to save room for exploring all sorts of other delicious foods. You'll be surprised to find that soon "no one is queuing for lobster, because all the other delicacies are too good!" Also, the staff are polite and incredibly quick at clearing plates, true professional "plate-clearing specialists" – but they don't clear alien UFO "flying saucers." So, you definitely won't find any trace or information about the Hong Kong Marriott Hotel's "Pier Lounge & Bar" buffet's "generational plate-clearing specialists" in the recently declassified U.S. "UFO flying saucer files"! Haha!
