what a great service and thanks to our driver Agus and guide Nyoman (I think) who took the greatest care on either a crazy road trying to manage traffic or up and down a steep mountain and sharing great local knowledge. well worth it if you think you can handle the hike and thanks for letting some kiwis have an awesome run down the hill - followed by a nice wallow on the hot springs for recovery

So I was alone doing this trip. This was the only option who could pick you up in Sidemen where I stayed. The driver had arrived at the hotel at 1:45. 15 minutes before we had our appointment that was great. Then he took me over to my guide. Made was a really great guide! He was very helpfull, funny, and a good talker. Even because I was alone I didn't felt that way. At the top I got breakfast. It was nothing special. The views from up top were amazing! We had a very nice day for it. Thanks to Made for making this a unforgettable trip! And to my driver who drover 3 hours without much sleep! Very great experience. I can really recommend it!🌋

had an amazing trip with operator. especially with the jeep driver Jo. He’s a excellent guide with much thoughtful . And he is so good with his photography skill in helping us to take many wonderful photos and videos.

We really enjoyed the tour and activities, and the customer service was excellent throughout. The only downside was the foggy weather conditions, which meant we were unable to see the sunrise from the mountain. However, this is nature and completely beyond anyone’s control, so we do not blame the company for this at all. The lava tour, hot spring, and coffee plantation experience more than made up for it, and our driver, Tarisa, was absolutely amazing and very accommodating throughout the trip.

Out of all our Bali plans, this jeep tour was what we were looking forward to the most, and thanks to our guides Pandu and Aryana, we had a truly unforgettable and perfect day. Since it started in the early hours of the morning, we could have easily been tired, but both of them were so kind and brought bright energy from start to finish, making the travel time very comfortable and enjoyable. In particular, they are truly dedicated to taking photos and videos! They knew all the best spots for pictures and gave us detailed guidance on angles and poses, so we ended up with so many amazing life-best photos. We were really touched by how they didn't just snap quick pictures, but genuinely put passion into capturing wonderful shots for us. Thanks to Pandu and Aryana, the jeep tour became the absolute highlight of our Bali trip. It was so good that if we ever come back to Bali, we would definitely want to request these two again. absolutely amazing! great staff, very friendly and the owner is great! their ATVs are top notch, the tour is great and they take their time so you have enough time for photos and it’s great for newbies. They do a proper safety briefing and have proper ATV equipment! Our driver, Harry (Potter) was so friendly, helpful and gave us an amazing tour and explanation before we started. His car is clean, quiet and clean! Perfect for the early mornings
