what a great service and thanks to our driver Agus and guide Nyoman (I think) who took the greatest care on either a crazy road trying to manage traffic or up and down a steep mountain and sharing great local knowledge. well worth it if you think you can handle the hike and thanks for letting some kiwis have an awesome run down the hill - followed by a nice wallow on the hot springs for recovery

This was the best tour! Highly recommend guides Pandu & Aryana! Out of all our Bali plans, this jeep tour was what we were looking forward to the most, and thanks to our guides Pandu and Aryana, we had a truly unforgettable and perfect day. Since it started in the early hours of the morning, we could have easily been tired, but both of them were so kind and brought bright energy from start to finish, making the travel time very comfortable and enjoyable. In particular, they are truly dedicated to taking photos and videos! They knew all the best spots for pictures and gave us detailed guidance on angles and poses, so we ended up with so many amazing life-best photos. We were really touched by how they didn't just snap quick pictures, but genuinely put passion into capturing wonderful shots for us. Thanks to Pandu and Aryana, the jeep tour became the absolute highlight of our Bali trip. It was so good that if we ever come back to Bali, we would definitely want to request these two again. Així que estava sol fent aquest viatge. Aquesta era l'única opció que et podia recollir a Sidemen, on em vaig allotjar. El conductor va arribar a l'hotel a la 1:45. 15 minuts abans de la nostra cita, cosa que va ser genial. Després em va portar amb el meu guia. Made va ser un guia realment fantàstic! Va ser molt servicial, divertit i un bon conversador. Fins i tot estant sola, no em vaig sentir així. A dalt vaig esmorzar. No va ser res especial. Les vistes des de dalt eren increïbles! Vam tenir un dia molt agradable per a això. Gràcies a Made per fer d'aquest un viatge inoblidable! I al meu conductor que va conduir 3 hores sense dormir gaire! Una experiència molt bona. Realment la puc recomanar!🌋

We really enjoyed the tour and activities, and the customer service was excellent throughout. The only downside was the foggy weather conditions, which meant we were unable to see the sunrise from the mountain. However, this is nature and completely beyond anyone’s control, so we do not blame the company for this at all. The lava tour, hot spring, and coffee plantation experience more than made up for it, and our driver, Tarisa, was absolutely amazing and very accommodating throughout the trip.

I highly recommend Koko as a tour guide! He is absolutely fantastic and made our trip truly unforgettable. First of all, his English is excellent, which made communication effortless and enjoyable throughout the entire journey. He is also an outstanding driver, ensuring we always felt safe and comfortable on the road. On top of that, Koko has amazing photography skills and helped us capture beautiful memories of our trip. What really sets Koko apart is his dedication and wonderful personality. He provided incredibly detailed and fascinating explanations at every stop, making the tour so much more interesting. He is also very attentive, taking great care of everyone in our group with genuine warmth. Moreover, Koko has a fantastic sense of humor! He kept us laughing and perfectly balanced professionalism with a fun vibe.

Ahok is the Best Photographer, really Great Photography Skills shown clearly on the Night Photos (early morning) also excellent when the sun rise! He is kind, patient and friendly. He is careful with the slippery mountain drive. He is safe and GREAT IN HIS WORK! My husband, my brother and I WE ALL LOVE HIS PHOTOS, highly recommend his great service without any hesitation.
