The Road going up is not easy cuz it’s quite steep starting from the middle of our journey. But our guide is very supportive throughout the hike. And the view at the top of the mountain was just spectacular and everything just worths it… High recommended to anyone who is also natural lover!! warm reminder is the top of th mountain is very cold!

Amazing trekking! Our driver, Dewa, arrived on time and was friendly. We requested to start the trek as close to the foot of the mountain as possible. There we rented jackets (50k IDR each) and began the hike. It was a big surprise that the tour did not provide metal trekking poles, but the bamboo ones worked well too. Our guide, Diana, was very supportive and helped my mom throughout the whole trip. At the top we had a breakfast of two banana sandwiches and a boiled egg. The views were breathtaking, although there were quite a lot of people. We hiked down a different route — it was dusty as motorbikes passed by. Overall, we really enjoyed it!

Last week, I booked a sunrise trekking trip through Klook, and the experience was truly amazing! Our tour guide, Agus, was absolutely fantastic — very friendly, helpful, and always made sure we were comfortable throughout the journey. He’s also incredibly skilled at photography; every picture he took was beautiful and perfectly captured the moment. And big appreciation to our guide, Yasa, who was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful throughout the trek. He made sure we felt supported all the way to the top and even helped us take great photos! Highly recommend this experience — especially with Agus and Yasa. They made the adventure not just beautiful, but truly memorable. Felt like they were our friends. Also, we enjoyed the free visit to the Coffee Plantation where we tried various flavors of Balinese Coffee, Tea, and even Chocolates.

I did the group sunrise trekking and the experience was absolutely memorable. Our guide was great - positive, chirpy and helpful. He took us up through the non-treaded path which was a unique challenge but we came down the normal way. He took great pictures as well. The pick up from and to the hotel was on time and smooth.

Highly recommended! Very good english speaking drivers Jaga and Oman. They were on time and very professional. We were picked up at 1am and they did not play even one music so we can still sleep during travel. Our guide, Mawa, was very friendly and accommodating. Also a very good communicator. The best drivers and guide we could ask for! We completed the trek on time and they offered for us to do side trip. Went to coffee garden where I bought coffee for souvenir 😍 experience: 💯

Very good experience, the driver arrived at my hotel on time, offered water and greeted us politely before arriving at the volcano. He met us at the foot of the mountain on time. In addition, the volcano tour guide was very professional and led us to hike up the volcano. Although the process was not easy, the tour guide waited for us and helped us reach the top of the mountain smoothly. He also took the initiative to help us take many beautiful photos.

Our Mt Batur hike was memorable and safe—thanks to our incredible guide. My partner and I hike at a slower pace, but he never once made us feel rushed. Instead, he patiently kept us company at the back of the group, offering encouragement and sharing stories about the mountain as we climbed. Reaching the summit, he steered us to a quieter lookout away from the crowds. Watching the sun rise was cold but pure magic, and he captured the moment perfectly—snapping stunning photos and even filming a short video so we could relive it later. The descent was tricky for me and steep as I struggled with the loose gravel. He literally offered me a steady hand the entire way down, making sure I never lost my footing. If you’re looking for an experienced guide with local knowledge and care for your safety, look for I ketut kertana. Highly recommend him!

가이드 Agus는 완벽에 가까웠어요. 발리에서 만난 최고의 가의드입니다. 10~15분 간격으로 간단한 휴식을 가지게 해줬고, 중간중간 계속해 괜찮은지를 물어보며 케어했습니다. 정상에서는 따뜻한 커피와 식사를 제공해, 덕분에 다소 추운 날씨 속에 문제없이 일출의 장관를 누릴 수 있었어요. 내려올 때도 저희에게 옵션을 제공해, 쉽게 닿을 수 없는 곳까지 경험하게 해줬습니다. 즐거운 시간 쌓고 갑니다:)
